“The process was fairly simple, not a great deal of information regarding Breakdown aspect of the policy, ie who provides that service and what is the process to contact the service if I breakdown. I would also like to have had a hard copy of all the relevant paperwork posted to me.”

“We were informed through a popular website that this Car insurance company is professional and competitive. We have dropped a star because it was only in the small print that we need an in-car tracker in the car at all times.”

“Excelllent service till I realised I had got the date of starting the policy wrong and had to change it the same day to a week earlier and it cost me £25”

“Didn't know about the automatic renewal,but at least you got a better deal for me than LV but still £125 more than last year try and get it cheaper for me next year A N Coaker.”

“Other than getting quote and paying have no experience of Grove and Dean. Quote lower than some. Tracker supplied seems a good idea . No claim experience and hope I don’t . An email to me when the policy started would have been a nice reminder as I’d done everything a couple of weeks earlier.”
