“It’s not as solid as expected it feels a bit flimsy and not very square. A split in one of the doors has begun to form about a month after building it.”

“We placed an order - delivery specified 7-15 working days. After 11 days I called to see if there was an update. The gentleman I spoke to was very unhelpful and said nothing could be done until after the 15 days, he suggested sending an email to request an update, which I did. I have now been informed that there was and IT error and our item had not been picked. In total 19 days delivery for a single gate!!!”

“Excellent service. Had a few issues with delivery as we live on a main road and have a driveway so it took 2 goes to get it delivered. The second delivery driver was great though and didn’t bother about holding traffic up for 10 minutes. He did say he’d delivered to worse places.”

“Size of garden box was not as advertised Made me pay return price even though their advert was inaccurate. They said it was my change of mind. The collection by them was cancelled 5 times which ment refund was over a month and I had waited in for 3 of the dates”

“Really pleased with the quality of my triple bin store. Assembly is relatively easy with basic tools. Perhaps 3 top handles could be an improvement in future designs so that one opens the lids with a bit of support. Would recommend.”

“Good Relaxing Solid Swing Slightly spoiled by minor damage and delivery was a day later than courier arranged. Takes 1ltr of furnature oil to cover all surfaces. Which it tells you to do. I added cover under roof to keep water & sun off, Also fitted rubber feet to the legs so it does not soak up water & bought cushions & made a couple of foot stools. Overall Very Pleased & It Won't Go Rusty.”

“Purchased a really nice wooden bin store. Process was really easy and product arrived as quickly as expected. Price was competitive. The courier was fantastic; good communication and so helpful. Went above and beyond to put it in the right place as it was a bit heavy for me to move. Can’t fault the service at all!”
