“If you live in Scotland anywhere north of Glasgow, don’t order from this company. I ordered a log store in good faith, paid for the item, and waited. An email is supposed to be sent when the item is dispatched. 5 weeks later, nothing. I enquired by telephone in order to find out what was happening…we’ll call you back. Later that day I received an email stating that their couriers don’t deliver to my address and my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. No prior communication after taking your cash. At no time was I informed that they couldn’t deliver to my address (I don’t live on the Hebrides or Highlands) My post code was obviously acceptable when I ordered and I was not given the option of paying an additional delivery charge for the item, which I would have done if it was reasonable. Rant over.”

“Unfortunately, the plastic shed was very poorly designed and nothing fitted properly so I had to return the shed and had a full refund, thanks for giving me refund.”

“The table and chairs arrived very quickly, but I had to phone twice to get the parasol delivered. Not sure what happened there…first they said it was a packing error, then the second time they said it had gone missing in transit! I’m not sure it was ever sent, but they were prompt to sort out the issue.”

“the picnic bench was ordered on the 15th July 2022. Delivered 19th July 2022 in the condition in the photo. Packaging damaged and items projecting out of the packaging. Inspection showed there to be numerous items missing, notably; seats, legs and cross members. Garden seat contacted and replacement bits were to be despatched. Now in the first week of August and no sign of replacement parts or refund or replacement table.”

“GARDEN STREET STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTONS ASKED GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND THE ARRIVAL OF THE SHED. THE SHED ARRIVED AS EXPECTED, DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND USE GARDEN STREET AGAIN.”

“Ordered a 6 seater patio dining set with parasol & base. Although we had a couple of minor issues with the delivery we have given 5 stars as the aftercare from Lucy was brilliant. Sadly an item was missing and then when re-ordered it had been smashed in transit - clearly not Garden Streets bad service but the issue was resolved immediately once we had contacted them.....and we must add that it was an absolute pleasure and rarity to speak to someone and not have to sit on the phone for ever pressing numerous different buttons - thank you for actually giving good customer service. Also, the main product was well packaged and delivered when advised.”

“Sorry to give a poor rating. I ordered 3x Rowlinson Marberry Square Planters and one arrived damaged and one had such poor drainage I asked if these could be replaced. Replacements arrived very quickly but one of those also had the same poor drainage issue (the slats in the base were so close together water would barely drain away). When I emailed again they declined to replace it saying they were made abroad - I knew that from Mayfair stating made in Poland! I fail to understand their reasoning - if it has the Rowlinson name on it does it matter where it is made? These should be made to a specification set by Rowlinson regardless of country of manufacture. I was told I would need to drill extra holes if I wanted to increase the drainage.”

“Very satisfied with ordering and delivery process. The assembly instructions were basic. It was not very clear where the screws should go to assemble the seat. It would have been helpful if the holes had already been drilled. Pleased with the end product after a fraught construction process.”
