From start to finish of ordering and delivery , it was a fantastic service, and I was kept in the loop with everything, the quality of my furniture is excellent and would recommend garden street to everybody, well done.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Told would be delivered between 9am and 3pm 4pm came around so I called and was told I was the next drop Never arrived Today I am told its been rebooked for 3 weeks time Shocking service Requested refund so we will see if that takes weeks

I ordered a Suncast storage box on 1.6.23, after waiting a month for the product to come back into stock. On 6.6.23 the wrong colour storage box was delivered. On 7.623 I notified Garden Street of the error and you said you'd arrange for it to be collected. DPD failed to collect the box as arranged on 9.6.23 DPD also failed to collect the box as further arranged on 13.6.23. I have made several calls to Garden Street's customer services since then but although the woman I have spoken with has been polite and tried to resolve this, it appears you are 100% dependent on Suncast sorting the issue out and they don't appear to be communicating. I have been told by your customer services yesterday and today that they have made numerous attempts to speak or elicit an email reply from Suncast, to no avail. This is very concerning that the UK distributor doesn't answer the phone or reply to emails. Are they going bust? Today, 21st June, I have requested a refund and requested confirmation from you by phone later today that this has been actioned. I have also requested a telephone call to let me know when the incorrect product is being collected. This is a largish box which is now sitting in the communal hallway of the flats i live in and is very inconvenient to everyone here. Very disappointed, especially as Garden Street appears to have no control of events.

Garden Furniture - Quality product, prompt delivery arrived well packaged looks great under our pergola just in time for all the good weather. Having two table tops between the seating idea;l for drinks etc.

Excellent ordered lifetime shed got it delivered on time, the reason I didn’t give 5 star is because after I ordered the price was reduced almost £300 so when contacted them they refused to make the adjustment, and was told to cancel the order which ,means it will be delayed for few days, just couldn’t be bothered, normally when I make request when the price gone done and it was not dispatched, the company happily would refund the difference is.

I purchased my item.I was meant to receive a Free Bag ...after 6 emails,I am still waiting ....poor Customer Service, Unfortunately, they are not really Customer Services 😕 Finally, the Free Bag has arrived, thank you Garden St. I think the Customer Services are starting to improve..

Took the full 10 days until delivery , but extremely well packed and now just waiting for my grandchildren to drag my bbq round from one side of the garden to its new situation.
