Very disappointing service. Advertising free delivery to mainland UK however a cost implication if you live in the North of Scotland! Poor show again!

Cover arrived within 3 days but not sure it is what I ordered . It is much bigger than the furniture despite saying it is the cover for the LG 6 seater furniture set. Very heavy, gathers water and is not easily secured. The excess material and venting allows the wind to get underneath and blow things about. Not secure - feel like I wasted £98.

The pergola is very poor quality. The instructions were almost impossible to understand. One of the slats in the seat is broken! There are other defects that I haven’t the time to list.

Awful company, please avoid. I discussed with a member of staff the size canopy I needed and he confirmed the material was 3m x 4m. It was to be used on the inside of a pergola for decorational purposes only. My wife an I started to staple it to the excisting beams, which was trickey due to the size, then realised when we got to the end it was short. I called and emailed only to be told it was for one of their pergola, and it obviously would not be the size? Even thoiugh I had this confirmed with their colleague. A continuation of excuses followed including it was my fault for not measuring it, and now I had used staples it could not be returnrd. I, like the majority of the country, trust what people say, and when you buy something it is correct. I do not order a pint at a pub and then measure it, I do not but items from the supermarket and then weigh them when I get home, and so on. Therefore I could not recommend this company at all.

Still awaiting delivery of this item,a cascade fountain, paid for in mid June. Still not delivered. I shall be reporting to PayPal as I paid it through them

Be very cautious if you buy any Maze furniture from this retailer. We bought a set in March 2023 and we have a problem with the glass table top. There is clearly a defect as the finish on the back has completely perished and peeled off. I contacted Garden Street who are unable to help as the 5 year warranty offered my Maze Living only applies if bought directly from Maze. You only get a 1 year warranty if bought from Garden Street. Very poor service for a product that cost over £2,000.

I did a lot of bin store research and chose Garden Street as they offered a triple bin store for different sized bins. They also had good reviews. Unfortunately I am not able to give a positive review. I ordered a 240/240/140 bin store but received a 240/240/240 bin store. I have given Garden Street plenty of opportunity to rectify the problem but have received no satisfactory explanation ot any form of compensation. The instructions provided are absolutely terrible, so we had started building the store before we realised we had been sent the wrong size. At one point I had to get a magnifying glass to read a measurement. You have to drill all the holes yourself and we had to saw a piece off one part to make it fit, possibly another piece sent in error? It took us at least 8 hours to assemble and it definitely takes two people. It also arrived very wet and that led to the swelling of some of the wood. The assembled bin store is certainly not perfect but it is better than looking at the bins. On the whole disappointed though.

No communication, delivery didn't turn up after waiting in all day when it was booked in for delivery, item arrived with no warning, item was damaged and missing key component so therfore at present useless, customer services were useless regarding all issues all still outstanding, don't evan trust them to refund when item is returned absolutely no confidence in garden street

I ordered a pergola cover and was advised the size was 4m x 3m. I needed to use this internally on my wooden pergola to make it look nicer. I started to put it up and realised it was too wide but not long enough. The size was 3.4 x 3.7. When I complained they said it was for a 4x3 pergola so obviously it was smaller? Not sure how that makes sense. Chased them by many emails and they turned round and said it was my fault for not checking the size and now I had tried to put it up could not return it. Terrible service.

Very expensive for what it was The measurements are external do the interior is very small Didn’t come with fixings hinges etc they forgot to send it Very cheap wood and bright orange colour Wouldn’t recommend They got my name and my email address wrong too had to chase them for confirmation email

Paid extra for next day - received nothing . Logged onto site and the item has not even been picked. Slightly concerned that they have a little bit of a sketchy reputation for refunds and returns . I won't use again.

I have ordered an item last month and apparently 1/2 delivery. I have chased numerous times to be told we had forgotten your email address to reply. I am still waiting and now unable to get a timely response - bad customer experience

Poor customer service follow through. I ordered an item on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law form my husband's. I called customer service to see if the item could be delivered in time for my husband's birthday. Someone was supposed to call me back. No one did. My husband's birthday came and went. I called again and was promised the item would be sent only to receive an email later to say the item was out of stock. A very disappointing experience all from start to finish.

Avoid this company. Unhelpful, slow at responding. Live chat makes you email and waste more time. Spent £1300 on garden furniture and a chair arrived with a leg an inch shorter than the others. It’s taken 2 weeks to tell me that the replacement will be delivered within 7 working days… as I say. Go somewhere else. Oh the delivery company they use has a different garden company on the status update emails so you feel like you don’t know who to contact for support. All round it’s poor.

This company is a disgrace, ordered an item for an 80th birthday gift. Item came with parts missing. I have ample opportunity to send those parts out. They lied saying they had sent them and would recieved either next day or day after. No items received. Had to open dispute with PayPal. Please think twice before purchasing with this company. I informed them they would have to arrange a courier to pick item up, however they are trying to make me pay return postage, even though the issue lies with them. Item unusable and didn't send missing parts.

No communication at all for delivery. Status only showed awaiting picking. Contacted them by their online chat, as was ordered 1st April still showed awaiting picking 8th April. I was told they would contact courier and they would inform me when they heard back. This was for a birthday gift, so a little urgency would have been much appreciated. However, item did arrive at 2.45pm (there needs to be better communication with delivery) checked item over, two things. Were missing, two tubes for the fountain to be able to function and 13 screws to be able to build. I contacted online again, was told to email them with items missing in which they would investigate then send the items. Told them it was not acceptable as this was for a birthday gift and was not prepared to wait any further, it had already taken 5 working days including date of order. I Was disconnected from chat and I have had to open a case with PayPal. Customer service not good. When I emailed them, I received an automatic response which said it would take a further 1-3 days for a response. This should have been dealt with immediately in the chat, by sending the missing items asap. Not impressed and won't ever use again.

Be careful what your purchase turns up on. My small two seater bistro table and chairs turned up on a huge palette, the driver would not take it away and garden Street has left me to dispose they pallet as it’s down to me apparently?? This item was so small it could’ve been boxed and sent a few weeks ago from another company. I had the same make table for 4, 4 chairs, 4 seat pads and an umbrella or boxed. NO PALLET! They were unhelpful when I contacted them about the pallet. I am a lady on my own, cannot lift it and have no vehicle big enough to dispose of it. Would no use Garden Street again for this reason
