“I ordered a Garden Village Shireburn Quintet Wheelie Bin Store for £679.99. Before it was even delivered, I noticed they dropped the price on their website to £604.99. I immediately emailed customer service asking for a simple price adjustment for the £75 difference. Instead of doing the sensible thing, they told me I’d have to cancel and reorder. I agreed to cancel, but they dragged their feet, delivered the item anyway, and are now refusing to honour the lower price unless I pay a £224 collection fee to return a massive, heavy palletized item just to buy the exact same one again. Even after asking for manager escalation, they doubled down. Completely inflexible, environmentally irresponsible business logic, and zero customer goodwill. Take your business elsewhere.”

“Bought a garden planter and lattice. Looked great in the photo. What a shambles when I unpacked it. No instructions or screws. When I did receive them you have to drill your own pilot holes. The planks are different lengths. Nothing is square. Looked like it was hurriedly put together by a novice using a staple gun. I expected better for £80. Won't buy from this company again.”

“For the love of God do not buy this canopy. We ordered it in good faith and the delivery was fine. My husband spent 6-7 hours on his own putting it together only to discover that the middle strut was faulty and the rubber bungs could not go through the channels therefore you could not attach the roof slides. He then put the roof slides together and 3/4 panels were fine the canvas on the fourth was a different size clearly wrongly manufactured. After multiple attempts to call this company and several dozen emails later they did ship out the strut and canvas. The replacement strut was badly bent and damaged, completely unusable and the canvas was exactly the same fault as the first one! Again today after phone calls and emails and promises ‘the technical dept’ will get back to us, radio silence! If you value your sanity buy something else from someone else we are now sitting in 30 degree heat under a frame with a sail which we have had to emergency purchase at £60 to have some shade. Worst purchase ever! You have been warned.”

“Order some metal railing to divide my driveway boundary, they look brilliant. Neighbours have commented on how nice they look. Once we worked out which bolt size to use on the posts it was supper easy to install.”

“Bought an Arbour from Green Street, I paid extra for assembly. The guys came today and I am very happy with the result. It took them about 40 minutes in red hot sunshine, would have taken me ages ! It’s lovely, sturdy and well worth the money. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you !”

“Delivery was prompt after placing our order. I unpacked and assembled the table for which I needed eight smaller hands. All done and I thought we were 3 cushions short only to be told they were under the chairs. They were and were well wedged. Final results looks great.”

“We bought a garden arbour a few months ago and then a seat pad a week or so ago. We were impressed with the quality of both, the prices, the promptness of delivery and ease of assembly. We spend quite a bit of time here!”

“Customer service is ABYSMAL. I ordered some garden furniture which I then found cheaper elsewheer - I phoned up to cancel my order and was assured it would be. No refund issued and had to chase this up numerous times, being told that my item was with the courier (yet I never got any disoatch email). Conflicting information and took about TEN DAYS to finally get a refund. Would never use them again.”
