“The Rowlinson Farnham 2 Seat Bench I ordered is great. Well designed, well made, beautifully finished, very comfortable. Very securely packed. Easy to put together (provided you follow the instructions in the right order!). I didn't get any warning of delivery, but it was quick.”

“Good price for my Arizona, quick delivery and placed where I wanted it by a couple of very good lads. Had a very slight promblem with a couple of missing bits which I told them about, very helpful and missing bits arrived within 3 days. My Car port is up and looks great. Would not hesitate to recommend product and Garden Street. Be mindful if purchasing this product quite a bit of hard work with foudations and assembly as very well built product.”

“Excellent service both in the showroom and also on the delivery itself. We got great advice when picking the furniture along with some additional accessories. The delivery was on time and good communication throughout. We did have an issue with the parasol pole not fitting the base we had purchased however Garden Street replaced this immediately with no issues at all. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.”

“Item was not fit for purpose, they would not give me an exchange even though it was faulty. After umpteen texts and emails the solution is still not resolved. I bought this in good faith as an anniversary present for my daughter but that has been and gone. They want me to pay for the return but I should not have to as it is faulty. I bought this item on line as I couldn't go shopping for it as I am disabled and thought it would be easier and yet it has caused me so much unnecessary worry and not being able to sleep. Terrible company.”

“A refund was made to me by mistake. As soon as I got the email notification I contacted the company and expected this to be voided. It’s taken three emails and now a phone call. But despite the time I’ve had to put in to reverse their mistake not even a gesture of good will made! Not good customer relations.”
