“My reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the courier service not being displayed during checkout or on the website. I received emails from what appeared to be dpd, but also looked like a scam. Checking the email address online further convinced me the emails weren't legitimate, even though they coincided with a timeline of days after I ordered. I called your customer services and although whoever I spoke to was very friendly and polite and tried to find out who would be delivering, I didn't get the follow up reply confirmation I was told would be forthcoming. I received the parcel within a day or 2 of the call so all was well. And it was dpd. But a list of potential couriers would be useful.”

“Delivery excellent and all going smoothly until we hit a few snags! This is definitely something that doesn’t just get put up easily and the instructions are poor as numbers on the pages for each item are shown but the actual parts are not numbered so it guessing most of the time!! Also damage to a lot of the wood and a bent door handle and a hole in the roof vent so we had to improvise and buy more bits for it to work!! Also the planks of wood weren’t long enough to finish off so a lot of cutting involved. Very stressful but now it’s finished finally it’s lovely!! Seal all the joints as it leaks badly! Glass went in easily!! Would I buy again?! Probably but u definitely need someone to put it up who knows what they’re doing!!”

“I was delighted with my purchase. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, the price of my arbour was very competitive, and delivery was fast and efficient. The delivery company who actually delivered my arbour on a pallet were excellent: pleasant, helpful, and kept in touch by phone to let me know where they were and when they would be with me.”
