“Delivery excellent and all going smoothly until we hit a few snags! This is definitely something that doesn’t just get put up easily and the instructions are poor as numbers on the pages for each item are shown but the actual parts are not numbered so it guessing most of the time!! Also damage to a lot of the wood and a bent door handle and a hole in the roof vent so we had to improvise and buy more bits for it to work!! Also the planks of wood weren’t long enough to finish off so a lot of cutting involved. Very stressful but now it’s finished finally it’s lovely!! Seal all the joints as it leaks badly! Glass went in easily!! Would I buy again?! Probably but u definitely need someone to put it up who knows what they’re doing!!”

“Garden wooden swing,Item fairly priced snd seems all fine, not put together yet. However delivery not great, poor communication, it didn't turn up on date e mailed but after having to contact customer services of this company, it turned up out of the blue, no communication it was coming.”

“Managed to put this together even with the dreadful instructions. Rawlinson badge was upside down and a few of the pieces had large splits, Could’ve done withe a few more screws. Ran out of screws hence the clamp.”

“Wardrobe arrived eventually! Package damaged and Very tatty all round, contents rattled in both boxes,on inspection of contents all parts (except the plastic joiner which was split at the end) were okay. More communication when items are late or past due dates needed I should not have to chase things.”

“Product is good. If you’re happy assembling that is. Delivery times are misleading, using the phrase “business days”. Delivery is outsourced to a 3rd party which their quite happy to shirk all responsibility to without giving meaningful updates. The help pages are next to useless and just take you to one page of FAQs. Products are obviously freighted in, and you’ll be left in the dark until you get a surprise message from the shipping company, much later than expected. I wouldn’t use again.”

“Having bough a 3 seater bench previously, I bought a 2 seater version. I found that the screws were too big for the pre-drilled holes. Having to use pliers to get any sort of traction, I ended up damaging the wood in two places. The phone /email help I received was good and different screws were sent. Whilst an improvement I still had to use pliers to finish the job. I think there may be a problem with the materials that are being supplied. order no #241954 Her is my initial email: Hello I have begun to assemble this item and am really struggling. The 6x 100mm "self tapping" screws seem significantly too big for the holes OR the holes are too small? I'm pretty strong but all that has happened is that the screw holes have rounded from the Allan key pressure. I can't understand this. I had no problems with a previous order for the Lytham 3 seater version. Can you suggest what the problem may be?”

“Had to contact company as arbour came with no instructions or fixings - these were delivered promptly the following day. The arbour is excellent quality & well made. My only gripe is that it was delivered on a wooden pallet which you had to dispose of yourself”

“As a repeat customer I would normally recommend but on this occasion the delivery was late blamed on the supplier. The supplier then delivered part of the order which I had to sort out the error. It was all resolved but it would make me think twice about ordering again. Such a shame as the products received are of excellent quality”

“Our item arrived with the wrong washers and it took 2 weeks to receive the right ones. Also feel the description and images were misleading because they don't show the metal brackets and ground anchors required for installation (ground anchors aren't provided so we have to source our own). This should be made clearer before purchasing.”

“Ok, but some screws missing. Had to purchase more, and when mentioned they said we should have returned it. So, I was expected to dismantle the pergola?? After 4 hours hard work I dont think so! Would not assist on this matter. We were 14 screws missing, but I will say overall the service was ok. Aftersales needs improvement.”

“Very happy with furniture but delivery was not good at all. The one man van arrived, pushed heavy boxes out of van then dragged them onto drive. All boxes damaged. Asked him to help put into secure garage, he said not his job. How can one man deliver such heavy furnitre and dump and run. Very very bad.”

“The product overall was good when errected however there had to be small adjustments to be added. I had to purchase strips of beading to go over joints and needed to put more boards in to strengthen flooring the felt for the roof was very minimal so I bought a roll to ensure roof was properly covered considering the cost was just short of a £1000 I felt just a little more attention to detail could be applied to the final product.”

“It’s not as solid as expected it feels a bit flimsy and not very square. A split in one of the doors has begun to form about a month after building it.”

“Purchase of log store frustrated because item was wrongly numbered on website, which lead to wrong product being delivered. However, the company was helpful in arranging collection and replacement. Happy with the quality of the product.”
