Item arrived within specified time but was damaged. I have emailed within the requested 3 days to notify you as per Ts and Cs but have had no contact back. I have tried multiple times to call but am told to leave a message but the mailbox is full. I have contacted via twitter but have had no contact back. Good price, nice garden set but awful customer service!!!

Very poor. Let me down by not supplying the item I purchased. Offered an alternative that was not viable, refused to supply a suitable one unless I was prepared to pay considerably more. One of the staff I spoke to was ok but the other talked over me in a patronising way. When I commented that this was not a very good way to treat a customer, he said in an offhand way, 'we have hundreds.' They have one less now.

What a shambles of a company Garden Street are. I placed an order on 30/03 and advised delivery would be around 24/05 which was fine. 24/05 came and went with no contact from Garden Street. I emailed them 26/05 to ask what was happening to be told delivery into them was due to arrive 14/06. Yip that date came and went so on 22/06 I emailed again and this time was told delivery was due in to them 19/07. I emailed 14/07 asking if delivery in to them was still due 19/07 and received an email 16/07 informing me goods now aren't due in to Garden Street until 27/08. I appreciate issues can happen but 3 months goes beyond a reasonable time to be late with not so much as a call or email keeping me informed. Think it says everything about how this company treats customers once they have your money.

Shocking customer service! I realise we are living in unprecedented times but that does not mean that basic customer service should be affected. We ordered a gazebo knowing there would be a long lead time, upon contacting Garden Street after the expected re-stock date we were told it would be with us "soon". It randomly turned up with no warning and considering this was a 40kg item it would have been good to have actually received some indication of a delivery date. Upon receipt one of the pieces was damaged and we contacted the telephone number immediately to be advised it would be dispatched either the same day or next day. We have now been waiting over a week for a replacement so our Gazebo is sat on our decking unable to be erected. Telephone number provided just goes to an answer machine and stock answer coming from Garden Street "things are running slowly". Looks like this company is shop front for many other businesses so they just pass the blame. As a small business owner myself, I think it is abundantly clear that this company puts profits and sales ahead of customer retention. I would not recommend using this company.

Ordered & paid for garden furniture, got fone calls at 9in the morning for days saying it was getting delivered , nothing arrived , excuses were there was a label mix up, lies ,when the delivery arrived omg what a mess the chairs were in all bent to bits, even the driver took fotos , but don’t know who is to blame , 24 emails in total and all I got was an offer of £60 off , what a joke , not heard anything now in 4 days to get it uplifted and a refund , wish I had read the reviews before I bought from this company ,

Spent over £800 on garden furniture. Placed order mid April and promised delivery within 7 days, still not arrived. They are not taking any calls therefore you can only communicate by email. I sent another requesting an update on delivery but I have not received an acknowledgment / update. There review rating does not truly reflect their actual service. It's the worse customer services I've ever experienced. I never complain. Trust me do not shop here. As another customer said they are super quick to take your money that is very true. I have now contacted our credit card company to recover the money. I have family in the area of Crewe who will pay them a visit shortly. I will provide a further update to this.

I have ordered since 7th of April and was told it was dispatched on the 13th of April. But have not received any confirmation of any delivery date and I’m still waiting for my purchase. How can you expect me to make a review before I even receive my item.

Had massive issues trying to find out when my product was going to arrive, numerous telephone calls and emails sent regarding this, 1 of the worst customer services I've experienced I for 1 will never shop here again, If you wanted to be treated terribly use this place, they are super quick to take your money but not send out the product or help you!!!

Really unhappy with customer service. I simply want to replace a faulty table which was delivered as part of a dining set I am otherwise satisfied with. 8 days on and am still being fobbed off with we’ll get back to you with a solution. Response time to email is 72h (if at all), until I mention contacting my card issuer which did provide a prompt response, only to be fobbed off again. All of this could probably be swiftly resolved with a phone call to the supplier - they cannot or are unwilling to even answer my queries. Uncontactable by phone and won’t call you back if you ask. Wish I’d never used this company, am fed up and problem is still unresolved.

Ordered a swing March 24th for delivery as quoted by the company 1-5 working days it’s now April 24th and still no swing. Terrible service. Tried to cancel the swing to be told it was with the carrier. Carrier then delivered half of the swing and I’m still awaiting the rest. Sent emails but just getting fobbed off with replies. Chased today to be told I won’t get any money back until this part is collected and returned. If I have been waiting this long for the other part who knows when this will be collected. Avoid this company at all costs. I just want my money back so I can purchase what I wanted back in March.

Still waiting for my turf, was told 5-10 working days, has still not arrived. phoned up put on auto answering machine, nobody has contacted about the delay, cannot finish our back garden, would not use this company again, poor service only ordered as it said we still are delivering, husband furious that we are still waiting. We will be asking for our money back, they were quick enough to take it.

After being told the product was in stock and then placing the order I was told the item was not in stock. Then I was told stock was delayed, I was offered a refund but said I would wait as long as it was delivered when next promised. After further delays I asked for a refund and told this would take up to 5 days (it's 2016 - faster payments take no more than 2 hours - but I waited), the funds are still not in my account - very disappointed.

Ordered and paid for this £500 plus bbq had to chase for where order was. Today i was told I would get an update when it would be delivered instead while out shopping in Manchester My ring door bell went off and it was a delivery man with my BBQ ! we had to cancel our day out and return to accept goods. Utter rubbish customer service

awning cover sent will not fit awning when still in wall brackets garden street have given totally negative replies to my mails and have refused to refund me would never use this company again they are the worst company i have ever dealt with the returns and refund policy is total utter rubbish

Poor customer service. Very slow to communicate. Item yet to arrive, website states 1-2 week’s delivery currently on week 4 and no item! Chased but takes a week to respond ! Would not use this company again

This company sells poorly-made junk. I bought a patio table and chairs and just over a year later they're already starting to rust and the plastic feet are all broken. Avoid

You need to check your facts before you ask for feedback on my purchase. The item I ordered was showing as in stock, after I paid for it I was then told it was unavailable and received a refund, so I can't tell you if I am happy with the item!
