Ordered bin storage that said easy to assemble with simple instructions. Arrived in unlabelled parts with non-descriptive instructions. Weak wood that split when screws drilled in. Handyman turned down building it - which says it all really. Quick customer complaint responses but no resolution. Offered collection but would only be refunded if no damage (unlikely if ready screwed into it!) Just think it’s a shame companies can charge so much in this current climate with no aftercare.

As previously stated, I have no problem with Garden Street, the main issue is with the assembly instructions provided by Trimetal. They really are appalling bearing in mind the Storeguard unit cost over £600. Would not recommend it to other people.

ORDERED TWO ITEMS, FIRST ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY IN MINT CONDITION SECOND ITEM DIDN'T ARRIVE SO AFTER FIVE DAYS I RANG CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO INFORMED ME THE ITEM HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED AND WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE SO I HAD TO RESOURCE THE OTHER ITEM FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. WHEN WAS I GOING TO BE TOLD THE SECOND ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICES LADY WAS REALLY NICE AND APOLOGETIC.

This company allowed me to order and pay for garden furniture- and then days later advised that it was not available! I did get my money back after a week- but I had wasted time and lost the opportunity to but elsewhere.

Lean-to Car port Kingston Open Garage Shelter Canopy (Grey) 10x16 I do not recommend instruction book is difficult to understand, quality is very cheap few of part bend polycarbonate roof is very thin it’s wobbly when wind blown bad idea to buy from this company.

Bought a gazebo that was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately there were some damaged parts. It took many weeks to get the replacements. I had to continually chase the matter and I never heard from the supplier unless it was in response to my contact. I must add that they did respond quite quickly to emails and phone calls but did not follow up so I was always left wondering if anything was actually happening.

Ordered a Patio Cover and had to keep chasing delivery, someone eventually came back with an estimated date, but that didn’t happen, chased again twice, and was given a date of the following week as estimated delivery. When asked for a possible good will gesture. Was told the item is in sale, and doesn’t qualify for any compensation. Not a great experience.

Initial enquiry, after 5 days, was informed that delivery was up to 10 days as in the terms and conditions, not helpful but ok. when asked if the driver could put the item behind my fence [i'm a slightly disabled pensioner], I was informed this was impossible, again in those terms and conditions. product ok but customer contact is in need of work. forthcoming shed order not coming your way

Product had missing parts and was poor quality. Requested a refund but had to chase as no initial response. Eventually asked to dispose of goods and refund issued.

The design of the roof was flawed as the two centre roof bars did not allow the roof to sit in the correct position.

Started well but let down by customer service who say manufacturers have 3 days to respond to a problem which, as they do not submit a problem for 2/3 days, means a long wait but then added to that, customer services do not seem to chase a response. It took something like 3 weeks for me to receive missing parts which gave important stability to the shed and which was the last part of the structure to be attached. Fortunately good weather and sheltered position meant the bin store didn't collapse!! Hence my reason for rating

I purchased a Rowlinson premier potting station at over £200. When it arrived it was very damaged as it had not been packed in anything but thin plastic. So, the whole thing was obviously flying about during transit and wood got broken and split and the metal table top very bent. I emailed Garden street to explain the problem and to warn them how the item was not packed. I did receive a reply asking for pictures. I am not very tech savvy and emailed to say so and explained I didn't wish for a refund just to warn them this was not acceptable. I received another reply asking again for pictures. I feel if someone takes the time to inform a company of a problem they should be grateful and follow up to make sure it doesn't not happen again.Luckily my Husband is clever and was able to rectify the problem I won't be buying from this company again as I did not feel a valued customer.

If you live in Scotland anywhere north of Glasgow, don’t order from this company. I ordered a log store in good faith, paid for the item, and waited. An email is supposed to be sent when the item is dispatched. 5 weeks later, nothing. I enquired by telephone in order to find out what was happening…we’ll call you back. Later that day I received an email stating that their couriers don’t deliver to my address and my order was cancelled and I would be refunded. No prior communication after taking your cash. At no time was I informed that they couldn’t deliver to my address (I don’t live on the Hebrides or Highlands) My post code was obviously acceptable when I ordered and I was not given the option of paying an additional delivery charge for the item, which I would have done if it was reasonable. Rant over.

Sorry to give a poor rating. I ordered 3x Rowlinson Marberry Square Planters and one arrived damaged and one had such poor drainage I asked if these could be replaced. Replacements arrived very quickly but one of those also had the same poor drainage issue (the slats in the base were so close together water would barely drain away). When I emailed again they declined to replace it saying they were made abroad - I knew that from Mayfair stating made in Poland! I fail to understand their reasoning - if it has the Rowlinson name on it does it matter where it is made? These should be made to a specification set by Rowlinson regardless of country of manufacture. I was told I would need to drill extra holes if I wanted to increase the drainage.

" spent a lot of money on a garden shed nearly £1000.... when it turned up the quality compared to exactly the same shed i bought from tiger sheds was appalling, bits falling off the bottom of the shed panels etc..... not very good at all, very disappointed !!!! was expecting a lot more tbh..

Whilst the purchase of the garden furniture was an easy and straightforward process, the actual delivery sequence was a complete nightmare. The delivery date was set for the 14th of April; this was changed only days before owing to 'issues' (undisclosed). The delivery was scheduled for the following Tuesday; it never arrived and no explanation was given. I then proceeded to make numerous telephone calls and each time I was told delivery would be made. I was also promised a first slot delivery! The first slot turned out to be at 12.15 on the 22nd April, in an empty lorry with a very unfriendly driver. Throughout the process I spent three days at home waiting for a delivery and if I had not made the telephone calls I would have had no idea what was going on as the company's communication skills were zero. Although the furniture is fine my experience will lead me never to buy from this company again.

Communication unorganised. Delivery majorly delayed. Item arrived damaged. Compensation offer poor and incomplete.
