Ordered a small shed that was claimed to be on a 5 to 10 working day delivery. Price was good and the spec was what we were looking for. The shed was delivered late - it took 15 working days - and there was no communication about when it would be delivered. When putting up the shed, the instructions indicated some parts that hadn't been delivered. On further inspection and trial, the instructions were incorrect, but one of the panels didn't fit. They had sent 2 LHS panels and not a LHS&RHS. We notified that the panel needed replacing and wer informed that it would be 2 days to arrive. That was 1 week ago and we are still waiting for the replacement panel to arrive.

I was very disappointed to realise that there was an element of deceit from Garden Street as when I purchesed the item online, it was said to be in stock and was expcting it to delivered within 5 working days at least. However, It took me exactly 1 month to get my Gaden set delivered. Very disppointed.

Delivery appalling. No communication, was first notified about delivery when it was outside my house and I was at work. Second attempt I was in, but no time frame given. Driver was rude, almost laughing at my predicament as he left pallet and 70 kilos of product on the pavement with “this is as far as it goes”. Wouldn’t even put on to my front garden with his machine. I write to Garden Street expressing my disappointment but heard absolutely nothing.

Haven't received the item yet. It's been well over a month and over the delivery time stated. Has also been reduced in price since we ordered.

Chest of draws received was well packaged sturdy and well made, but advertised with metal legs and metal handles, received with plastic handles, queried this as they are flimsy and not suitable for long term use, received a reply saying error on their advertising. Now left with extra cost to replace the substandard handles. Could have bought cheaper with plastic handles, not impressed

Delivery was great and they carried the shed up the side alley into garden. One of them asked to use the toilet, I gave them £20 tip, a drink and chocolate biscuits, only to find they left the toilet in a disgusting state. Disappointing to say the least.

Money taken straight away but still no product or delivery date after 10 days. Garden Street advertise that they have these porducts but don't, and you are left waiting while they try to source product from elsewhere. Only positive we can say; our money was refunded immediately after contacting them.

Refused the accept the product. I ordered a shed that on receipt had more holes than Swiss Cheese. Very disappointed as I booked time off to build the shed. The only reason I gave 2 stars over 1 is due to there phone service, very polite and when I requested a refund rather than replacement this was processed without further issue. The staff were nice both on delivery and phone just unfortunately the product wasn't fit for purpose

Don't waste money on next day delivery, came 3 days later and still charged higher postage rate!!!! Did try to cancel order when cover never arrived and site showed that item had still not been picked but told would need to refuse it on delivery, no tracking as wasn't showing as dispatched so couldn't cancel, customer service was useless and I was away for a few days hence stupidly paying for next day delivery. Ended up having to have someone come to collect large parcel from doorstep, glad i had ring doorbell to know when it was delivered but no chance to refuse as parcel was just left in plain view, one press of bell and driver was at van by time i connected to doorbell. Would not use again!!!!!

“Ask for a Review” popped up in my inbox, wasn’t going to write a review initially as was so disappointed, but seeing as you’ve promoted me I’ll leave a review! Well unfortunately we didn’t get the greenhouse we ordered through Garden Street due to multiple “let downs”. We were promised multiple delivery dates and again and again nothing was delivered. I made contact with the company that make the greenhouse, as Garden Shed appears to be a broker for them and this company were absolutely awful. Firstly told that they had forgotten to load the item so wasn’t delivered and then multiple other dates. In the end after wasting my time and some holidays as I had to be in the property to ensure no issues I decided to cancel. When I cancelled the order Garden street were very apologetic and had said they’d had other cancellations of orders as the supplier was having courier issues. I appreciate the issues businesses sometimes have and also appreciate this isn’t really Garden Streets problem, but if people communicate with customer's in an open and honest manner, they’ll tend to be more understanding. This whole incident was such a shame as the green house did look fantastic and we were totally disappointed by the issue. Hopefully Garden Street will feedback to the greenhouse suppliers as their issues are affecting Garden Streets reputation. Finally can I make this clear that Garden Street were very good from there perspective but my gripe is with the builder.

Looking for garden sofa suite. As had garden furniture from Garden Street before, called at the showroom at Crewe. Person was unhelpful and rude - had no time for us and told us to visit the website. Will not be visiting again.

£35 for delivery?? I was going to buy a small portable BBQ, was pleased with price and delivery, but then discovered delivery charges were £30 (standard) and £35 next day. So I’ve decided to go with another retailer. But unpleasant surprises like this are why people buy from Amazon.

I purchased a Churnett Valley Cottage 3 seater arbour in March of this year and unfortunately due to the inclement weather and other reasons I had to store the item. I recently erected the arbour and found to my dismay that the centre strut of the rear back panel was not attached at either the side or the back and was only secured by one side screw. I had to carry our repairs before I could carry on with the construction. Clearly wherever Garden Street ordered the item from didn't have a quality control team. The actual delivery of the product had no problems and arrived as stated.

Ordered bin storage that said easy to assemble with simple instructions. Arrived in unlabelled parts with non-descriptive instructions. Weak wood that split when screws drilled in. Handyman turned down building it - which says it all really. Quick customer complaint responses but no resolution. Offered collection but would only be refunded if no damage (unlikely if ready screwed into it!) Just think it’s a shame companies can charge so much in this current climate with no aftercare.

As previously stated, I have no problem with Garden Street, the main issue is with the assembly instructions provided by Trimetal. They really are appalling bearing in mind the Storeguard unit cost over £600. Would not recommend it to other people.

ORDERED TWO ITEMS, FIRST ARRIVED VERY QUICKLY IN MINT CONDITION SECOND ITEM DIDN'T ARRIVE SO AFTER FIVE DAYS I RANG CUSTOMER SERVICES WHO INFORMED ME THE ITEM HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED AND WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE SO I HAD TO RESOURCE THE OTHER ITEM FROM A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER. WHEN WAS I GOING TO BE TOLD THE SECOND ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICES LADY WAS REALLY NICE AND APOLOGETIC.

This company allowed me to order and pay for garden furniture- and then days later advised that it was not available! I did get my money back after a week- but I had wasted time and lost the opportunity to but elsewhere.

Lean-to Car port Kingston Open Garage Shelter Canopy (Grey) 10x16 I do not recommend instruction book is difficult to understand, quality is very cheap few of part bend polycarbonate roof is very thin it’s wobbly when wind blown bad idea to buy from this company.
