I ordered the twin chairs with table between, the quality of the materials were of a good quality but the finished product was substandard, a chunk missing out of the table, a huge split down one side of one of the chairs, and the back of one chair looked like it had been put together with either nails or screws that had been screwed right down into the wood. Even though they offered replacements or refund I heard no more. Ignoring my repeated emails and even on the phone promising to call back as my messages were marked as priority, still no reply! Full refund now requested!

Estimated delivery time for my item was, according to the web site, 5 - 10 working days. After 2 phone calls and 3 emails to chase, my chairs were delivered today, over a month after I ordered them. No contact at all from the delivery service; when I got home from work I found the chairs were left on the pavement outside my neighbours house. Overall, not a great experience.

Disappointed, I expected better. I ordered my item on 25/03 then heard nothing until enquired as to what was happening on 10/04. I was told there was a delay and it would be delivered in June!! Then it turns up out of the blue at the end of April, again no word. Upon assembly, I noticed water and impact damage on at least one of the pieces and other components don’t line up correctly. For the price I paid, the delivery delay, the lack of communication, the poor quality and damaged pieces, I can only say it has not been worth it.

I received an email to write a review but still waiting for an answer re my delivery date. I haven’t received my order yet. Estimated delivery two weeks and it’s been six weeks.

Ordered my shed which didn’t show out of stock, this was end March, supposedly 10-20 dispatch. As of 2 May still no shed and apparently now won’t come until end of May! Pretty poor service if you ask me. Not even an apology from customer service or any form of compensation. Won’t use again. Can’t even review the purchase as I don’t have it to review!

Shed ordered end of March with lead time 10/20 days. Not actually being delivered until wc 31/5. Plenty of apologies no compensation offered

Wrong item received, proof sent and poor communication since. Promised a courier to collect the incorrect item but not heard anything else despite chasing?

I bought a rowlinson wall store. Rang them to check they had it in stock, they said yes, could take up to 14 days. Fair enough, no problem there. Delivery arrived in 12 days (no warning, big truck rocked up), but great I could build it at the weekend. Weekend came, unpackaged everything to check it’s all there, only to find they’d only delivered 3 of 4 parts (no roof or doors). No one available at the weekend to call. Emailed them, no response, called several times over 3 days, told I’d be called back with an update. Eventually on the 4th day I got an email saying it was on its way and I’d have it for the Easter weekend. I asked for tracking info and heard nothing back. Easter came and went, nothing. Now out of stock on their site. No response to emails, stuck in a queue on the phone. Luckily I used PayPal to buy it so I requested a refund. 3 days later I got a text from the collection company to arrange collection. Very disappointing, lied to about replacement part coming, poor communication, wasted 4 weeks, and if I hadn’t requested the refund through PayPal I would have been stuck with it. If you’re interested, the quality of this wall store isn’t the best. Thin and flimsy, edges damaged (only come in plastic wrap, no edge protectors), poorly nailed together with some exposed and bent nails. Give this wall store and the company a miss.

Delivery was very poor. I ordered 3 planters. 2 arrived on time but 1 was missing. After 2 phone calls it was delivered but it was broken/

Nice garden furniture but poor service. Took longer than expected to arrive and part of my order was missing. A month later, no response to my last email so still no resolution.

Can't really comment since I haven't got my product. I think it's stuck on the Ever Green tanker in the Suez canal. Goodness knows when I will get it. Would have liked Garden Green to explain more.

The issue was more with the product manufacturer. Only part of my greenhouse arrived in the delivery and I had to spend a day chasing down what was missing part by part with manuals. I have had to wait nearly another two weeks for the rest of the order-let’s hope the rest of it arrives this time and doesn’t waste more of my time.

Totally incompetent. I can understand dalays with orders in this environment, but to be told that my delayed order had then been lost after it been despatched and then for my order to be cancelled after I said I was happy to wait for a delayed delivery (apparently due to my email being 'misread') is absurd.

Placed a pre-order for an item. Money was taken immediately, item supposedly dispatched a couple of weeks later but never arrived. No further communication, no response to emails, finally telephoned to be informed that it was lost in transit. Requested tracking information and courier documentation but none provided. No more available in stock so cancelled the order. No quibbling on refund and money returned immediately.

Damaged item on delivery after phone calls and emails false promises still no satisfactory outcome to rectify Bought item from you but you waiting on manufacturers response? Your problem own it you had the money Will not use again and will pass on my experience of your company to other people

Norfolk Leisure XXL Deck Box looked ideal and the expected "in Stock" date was acceptable, so ordered and paid. The box arrived in stock Garden Street dispatched it to Crewe via DX delivery and tracking for onward delivery to Norwich. It never arrived.. Several phone calls and many days later, I had to cancel and request a refund (The next available expected stock was weeks away)...so a bit disappointing really and perhaps out of Garden Street control.. however as a customer, what else can I say?.., bought the same box elsewhere and the item is very good and arrived on time.
