Estimated delivery time for my item was, according to the web site, 5 - 10 working days. After 2 phone calls and 3 emails to chase, my chairs were delivered today, over a month after I ordered them.
No contact at all from the delivery service; when I got home from work I found the chairs were left on the pavement outside my neighbours house.
Overall, not a great experience.
