Some the drilled holes were too short to receive the screws. Having a drill and the correct size bit I was able to rectify the problem. This let down an otherwise very good product.

Shed slight damage not surprising as delivery men just threw it down onto paved area no email to advise of delivery they were banging on the door at 6-45am.

Cupboard was damaged but we only found out when we were assembling it. It was too difficult to return and the damage was not huge so we decided to keep the cupboard. Would be wary about ordering again.

Ordered a 7x5 shed ( purely cos it was the ONLY company that didn't have 10-16 week delivery) spent most of today banging in nails that they couldn't be bothered to do. Removing nails poking through the wood. Put together and there is a gap underneath, the 'windows' have dents in them! If I didn't need it in a hurry, I would have sent it back!

I haven't received my order yet and it was ordered over a month ago it was a pre order and stock was expected on the 12th of Feb but I got no update at all.

Although the quality of the product was good, the dispatch time and communication about this was poor. I had to email on each occasion to chase when the product would be in stock, receiving an acceptable explanation the first time but nothing when I chased a second time as I heard nothing about the promised second delivery date. More communication prompted by Garden Street would have made the experience more acceptable

Took order online via the site but was then cancelled 5 days later as they would not deliver to NI. Why accept the postcode in the first place. Asked if this was a temporary Brexit-related issue but no reply.

I ordered some wellies for my partner for Christmas, a week after my payment and order had been accepted, I received an e mail saying my money would be returned as they were out if stock. Unfortunately this meant it was too late to order a replacement pair in time. Disappointed that the order was allowed to go through in the first place.

Telephoned on 25th November 2020 in advance of ordering to check stock availability as the item was for a Christmas and was advised delivery within 10 working days. Placed the order online and received an email a few days later advising delivery wouldn't be until the end of February 2021. My refund was received promptly and the staff were courteous but I would not buy from them again.

I was told I would receive the item at the start of December and had been promised a second delivery attempt, the phone never happened. Had to ask for a refund on many occasions. Poor customer service and there were no apologies. I will be going elsewhere to buy the storage box. It’s a shame I didn’t want to support a large retailer, but The Garden Street will not receiving my money in future

Ordered a product which was in stock online, when it didn’t turn up after 14 working days (email said 10-14) I spoke to someone and was told it was out of stock and wouldn’t be in again until February!

Very disappointed with the result of my complaint. You offered to replace the shed, which was good, but, as I explained, there was no way I could dismantle the shed and send it back to you as requested. Since then, I have received no communication from you which I find quite unacceptable. In the meantime I have been in touch with Rowlinson. They did offer to send replacement parts, but, again I would have had to employ someone to do this work for me - costing me money which I don't think I should have to pay out on a brand new shed. I hope I get a reply to this message.
