Order of 6 x 0.5kg bags Rolawn Seed and Turf Topsoil. Online ordering was easy. Living in the North East of Scotland, I'm used to difficulties and delays in delivery. At the end of the 7 days estimated delivery I had to email customer services as there was no update to my order status and I was getting concerned. They emailed back straight away to tell me the delivery was scheduled for later that day. Updates then started coming in from the courier who turned up bang in the middle of the delivery window. I'm giving 5 stars due to the quick response from customer services and that there was no difficulty in delivering to this part of Scotland.
