“I bought a garden playhouse before aug 2020 said i wanted to return it guality was rubbish Barcelona playhouse cost me 995 pounds were not happy to do this paid someone to build it .felt for roof was all holes bought more felt . Parts were missing still waiting on the parts and this is now oct 2020 getting nowhere with Garden Street have reported them to ombudsman and which ..do not buy this playhouse or buy from them as a terrible company to deal with. Kind regards. Elizabeth Mary mallon”

“Delivery on time and good notice by the courier contractor. All parts in order and product good value for money. I applied 2 coats of weatherproof woodstain to all parts before assembly which was no problem for me as experienced in DIY over many years.”

“Very happy. This was a gift for my friend who loved to braai. This lets her do it in all weathers. It’s was easy to put up with clear instructions. Considering it’s so light we were impressed how sturdy it is. We added lights to really make it special”

“Bought a Florenity rectangle planter and was sent a cheaper/smaller item (whether a genuine mistake or not) and still awaiting a reply. Pretty quick to take the money / Pretty shoddy customer service. Not replying doesn't make the situation go away! It also makes a mockery of your returns policy! You owe me GB£20!”

“Very disappointed with my experience. Purchased 7 weeks ago and payment was taken immediately, rather than on fulfilling the order. Nothing on the article description to say delivery would be 6-8 weeks until order confirmation was received. Still had no communication re expected delivery date which is very poor. Fortunately I do not need the gate quickly.”

“The product was good but I paid £14.99 each for 11 fan trellis that all had price labels of £6.99 on them so I'm left feeling somewhat hard done . Delivery driver was nice enough but no notification the delivery was coming .”

“Only half product arrived when expected . Well mistakes happen - but Garden Street do not answer phone and only promise reaction to contact in 5 days . thats not good enough . having said that - the product is good and did arrive eventually”
