“Item purchased was in stock, then purchased by another buyer and sent to them. No communication until chased up. Item then out of stock and waiting arrival from where ever. No updates. Chasing up again. It still is not delivered. I will never use this Company again, ever. Poor.”

“There needs to be an option for no stars. Abysmal - ordered on July 7th - nothing arrived. Customer service said they would redeliver - nothing arrived. Customer service ignoring emails for over a week now. Phoned and you cannot leave a message even though it says you can. Still waiting...”

“Happy with item and Garden Street. Could not say the same about the courier service. They were to call me when delivery was due and they left my parcel down the side of the house exposed to everyone. I do not pay nearly 300 pound for an item yo be left at the side of the house!!”
