“Disappointed. Promised delivery W/C 24 August, didn't arrive until 6 September and then the box was damaged (looks like it has been opened/closed previously) plus the item itself was scratched.”

“Pleased with my planters. Had an issue with 2 pieces of my planters, which have been replaced. Could not give 5 stars as replacements took several weeks to arrange due to no telephone contact and email response very slow each time”

“We were sent a stock alert for the Rawlinson Party Arbour as requested. We ordered the item on the 21st Aug, payment was taken. Further information that the item was dispatched on 3rd Sept. We chased up the order on 10th to be told by customer services that they would ring the supplier and ring straight back. 6 hours later, having not received a call I chased them up again. The lady said it was in hand and we'd receive a call by the end of the day. I have just received an email stating that the item is now out of stock? A full refund has been given however the customer service has been disgraceful. Please think twice before ordering with this company.”

“Poor, took order and payment of ‘in stock’ shed which did not arrive. Chased up and was told item was out of stock. Several weeks later shed arrived unannounced and was dumped on doorstep. Need to improve communication with customers and clearly their suppliers too.”

“Good product. Arrived when they said it would. Whilst there was a minor problem with something missing from the order, they were able to resolve the issue in a helpful and timely manner. I'd be happy to buy from them again.”

“After some initial issues with delivery delays and damaged product, this was then put right with no fuss by Customer Service. A new part was dispatched immediately and we are very happy with the final assembled product (garden bench). We would shop at Garden Street again.”

“Terrible service no one gets back to me when I email and its taken over a month for it to come and still hasn't come, I have never had such a bad and slow service. I under up loosing out on the job costing me alot of money as customer didn't want to wait over a month ! Terrible!!”
