I never received the product because even it says in their website they sent international to Peru, they claimed that post code is not valid and order was cancelled. Still waiting for refund.

We are sorry that we were unable to send out your order, it was an address issue and the courier would not accept the address with the postcode that was on the order, as it may go to the incorrect area. Your refund was issued and should show in your account within 4 working days. As this refund was before the weekend, it should be showing in your account very soon. Hi I am cabin crew and recently Purchased a pit Of court shoes from you. I have wore them on approximately 6 flights and already the sole at the front has started to come loose. I was hoping that by purchasing good quality shoes that I would be able to wear a few times before falling apart.

Don’t buy from here if you live in the US!! I ordered two pair of shoes. They came in UK sizing so we’re 2 1/2 sizes to big. Loved both but huge on me! I went to return them from US to UK, UPS quoted me $500, can’t send USPS & DHL WAS &100. Am I really stuck with $250 worth of shoes!??

We are a UK based company and all our size listings are also in UK/EU sizing however we offer a handy size guide which can assist customers who are purchasing outside of the UK. With reference to the cost of the returns, this is quite excessive as we receive returns back from across the world. Only wore the shoes one week and they tore around the toe when walking on a gravel path. They're suppose to be leather! The size is also too large; even though the shoe size is the same as my Gabor boots. Unlike the boots, the shoes are not of good quality. I've already sent in a review, but you seem to only publish five star reviews, or you bury the negative revies.

As the size is personal and each shoe is constructed using a different last, there is no guarantee that each style will fit even if from the same brand. The shoes are made of quality leather, leather can tear depending on the surfaces they come into contact with. Very unhappy that I had to spend over £8 to return the £95 trainers safely. The Post office will not guarantee to refund in the event they get lost in transit unless you pay for special delivery. I would expect a Company of this standard to offer a free return service. I will now only order Gabor shoes via John Lewis in future, which of course will limit my choice.

Unfortunately the left shoe is defective and rattles. Gabor have now run out of the shoe and require the shoes to be sent back to process a refund (and therefore cannot offer a replacement either). Unfortunately the purchase has resulted in a lot of lost time, waiting for the defective shoes to arrive, liasing re a refund and arranging for the item to be sent back (despite sending a video of the defective shoe). I hope the refund process is faster.

Got boots delivered looked as if they had been worn one boot looked faulty letter all wrinkled at side. Very disappointed as it cost me £3.40 to send back faulty boots. I have few pairs of gabour boots and never had any problems till now.

Sadly very uncomfortable. I had exact similar shoes before that were very comfortable and decided to buy another two pairs but both pairs are very uncomfortable. Disappointed.

Sent for shoes that cost £90.00 got them in a box that had score marks on lid had been opened with a knife or scissors. Tissue paper shoes wrapped I. Was old already used all creases and shoes had obviously on on show they were discoloured and rubbed in places a disgrace for shoes off that cost. Then offered me a 10% discount disgusting would never buy from them again.

The shoes received where worn and the leather creased. It was clear from the shoes and packaging - this were a return or had been in shop and tried on more than once. This is not the standard I would expect. These shoes were a consider purchase and for that I would expect a perfect pair of shoes. Pretty disappointing for a brand I like.

I love Gabor products but…….I bought a pair of Gabor boots this week from what I believed to be the Gabor website( it was advertised as such) However, it transpires from the email contact it is actually Charles Clinkard. I looked at both Gabor and Charles Clinkard reviews so would not have purchased from them if I had known. Unusually I had a few problems ordering and customer service in the telephone and email contact was good. Delivery was quick. I ordered on Monday and received Friday. However , I m so very disappointed. These were not a sale item. i have taken photos that show the box was smashed and the suede boots are in poor condition, shiny, worn & white in many partsI believe they are probably a display item. I am not Not impressed and would not recommend. Looking at other reviews I am not happy to return them. I should have purchased a used pair on eBay for a quarter of the price

Our company holds one of the largest amounts of Gabor stock within the UK. I sent for a pair of shoes costing £95 but unfortunately they weren't suitably so sent for the next size. In the meantime I went to the post office to send the unsuitable pair back and was shocked to find they cost me £8-89. Why do you not do FREE returns like other people? Shocking. I won't be buying from you again because of this !!

I still have not received my delivery. I received a text to say they would be delivered on 31st December and rearranged for them to be delivered to redirected to my local pick-up point. A week later I called DPD for an update and agreed they would be delivered on Saturday 8th January to my home address. I have just checked the website to see they have been sent back to Clinkard GRP. I have been charged for my boots - but still have not received them. I am very disappointed by this process of online shopping.

Returned the boots as I found them £25 cheaper elsewhere! This is not a Gabor site my mistake. Nothing wrong with the boots fitted perfectly.

The delivery by DPD was delayed three times, eventually I had it delivered to a local collection point. When unpacked what a disappointment the Gabor box was ripped not DPD I suspect the shoes were puckered and the box contained an extra insole!! why. The shoes were intended as a present, they have obviously been returned. I don’t think I will ever shop at Clinkard again.

Thank you for your review. You can send items back using any courier or service that you wish. If you use Royal Mail second class it is quite cheap to send items back, you can then add tracking for approximately 80p. You may have used a next day signed for service which can work out expensive. There is also a link to collect + on our website which is £4.49 and covers up to 10 kilo of returns. This means you can return several items together. We also have several Charles Clinkard stores where you can take returns back to and they can organise a refund for you. I hope that this helps for future reference.
