I sent for a pair of shoes costing £95 but unfortunately they weren't suitably so sent for the next size. In the meantime I went to the post office to send the unsuitable pair back and was shocked to find they cost me £8-89. Why do you not do FREE returns like other people? Shocking. I won't be buying from you again because of this !!
