Very unhappy that I had to spend over £8 to return the £95 trainers safely. The Post office will not guarantee to refund in the event they get lost in transit unless you pay for special delivery. I would expect a Company of this standard to offer a free return service. I will now only order Gabor shoes via John Lewis in future, which of course will limit my choice.
