Thank you for your feedback, I'm truly sorry to hear that the shoes were uncomfortable for you during your workday. We understand how important comfort is, especially when it comes to footwear you intended to wear often. We hope you might consider giving them another chance, as sometimes shoes can become more comfortable after some wear, maybe wear them around the home and the leather will warm and become more accustomed to the shape of your foot. I recently purchased shoes fo my wife. I found the website and purchasing of goods very good. Unfortunately the delivery service and communication there of is quite bad. I paid for a three working day delivery and it took a week to get to me. I did contact Gabor and they refunded me the extra carriage charge but without an apolagy or an investigation into what happened. This was an exspensive per of shoes and found the after care support and delivery service terrible.

Our express service promises a dispatch within 3 working days, which was done, but as the shoes had to come from the UK mainland it does take a little longer to reach you as it comes overseas. I like the wide selection of shoes and boots, which are always comfortable. However, as a European client I am not happy to order online because of the cost of exchanging shoes when a different size or width is required in any particular style. There is the original deliverty charge of 8€, plus the cost of returning the wrong sized shoes to a UK address- latest cost for this was €18. I lthen had to re-order the correct size shoe and incurred another €8 delivery charge. Consequently, this website does not work for overseas clients.

Bought two pairs, one was cancelled just before despatch as out of stock, the other was delivered in the wrong size. I received a return slip for them and queued at the post office to return them. I ordered another pair as the customer service did not say they would send the correct size. In the end they did send another pair so I had two coming! I have given two stars because they managed to stop the delivery of the extra pair in time.

I bought my shoes in the sale and they were just what I wanted. Unfortunately the stitching where the elastic went into the suede was coming undone and there was a large sticky label on the insole that left a horrible sticky mark that I had trouble removing. I have stitched the shoes together (having watched the technique on the repair shop) and bought a specialist sticky remover to get rid of the mark. I did not want to return them as they were the only ones in my size. But I was very disappointed in how they were as Gabor shoes are usually very good .

I have purchased quite a few pairs of shoes and sandals from Gabor size 2.5 and the fit has been great. Unfortunately the latest pair of flat shoes Ruffle punched detail was at least a size too large.

Lovely looking sandles, but now I know why they were reduced, as the design is such that although they are my correct size, I am unable to get my feet into them, and so I will have to, reluctantly, return them, but as I am temporarily in hospital I hope that I am able to do this within the alloted time .....

I was very disappointed when I received my shoes ! They were the second pair of the same shoes and whilst I still have my first pair they have started to look a little bit worn so I decided I would have a second pair for best ! Unfortunately the shoes were disappointing as I have already stated ! The decoration on the front of the shoe appeared to be of poor quality and the leather was not finished round the decoration which made it look unfinished and certainly not worth the £72 I paid , plus of course delivery charges ! Needless to say I have sent them back asking for an exchange or a full refund ! Yep disappointed ☹️

I love the comfort and quality of Gabor shoes. Hugely disappointed when the last pair arrived with a sale sticker stuck to the inner sole, tough to remove leaving a sticky residue and slightly damaged surface. Why?!!

Thank you for your feedback, I’m genuinely sorry to hear about the issue with the sale sticker on your recent pair of Gabor shoes. It's understandably frustrating to deal with sticky residues and surface damage. Using a mild solution of nail varnish remover or sticky stuff remover would help to take the label off. If there is any sticky left, some talcum powder will stop this. Unfortunately the sticky labels, do not stay on the sole surface of the shoe and they come off. I bought these sandals in confidence because I am a big fan of Gabor shoes. When I unpacked them, I was delighted because they fitted well, the style was just what I wanted, looked smart and felt very comfortable . However, I find that there is a big flaw in the design of the soles of these sandals. I am finding that the bottom of the sole, at the tip on the front, keeps catching on the surface I am walking on. This was at home on carpet and outdoors on a flat surface and causing me to trip forward. Luckily, I have been able to steady myself and did not fall. I have only worn them a couple of times but I am beginnng to feel that I am not confident wearing these sandals because I do not feel safe.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently placed an order, and at the time of purchase, I was informed that the delivery charges would be around £7, which was acceptable to me. However, a few days later, I received an email from the delivery company, DPD, stating that the product is coming from outside the EU and that an additional €24 in charges would be required. DPD gave me the option to either proceed with the order or cancel it, and I chose to cancel. They then informed me that the product would be returned to you, the seller. I have been waiting for your guidance on how to proceed with this order. If possible, I can provide you with a UK address for delivery. If that is not an option, I would like to proceed with canceling the order and receiving a refund. Please let me know how you'd like to move forward. Thank you for your assistance. The two pairs of trainers I bought were very uncomfortable with the leather tongue being too long sticking into my lower leg. If I wore them for any length of time, I am sure they would creat a sore area and break the skin.

Ordered Navy Gabor Bolan Women Ankle Boots (1044035201) and they should have been wide fitting, these were an extremely narrow boot and certainly not a wide fit. Returned at my cost and refund processed promptly

Lovely quality but had to return them, although wide fitting in foot, zip on legs would not meet by over 1 inch, ankles also very narrow. Please make more large leg boots, the only one available this year in a small size looked like wellies!

Ankle boots were described as Bronz and looked brown but were a very odd metallic colour. I was not happy to pay the cost of the return.

These boots are supposed to be wide fitting but I would consider them to be narrow. So disappointed otherwise they were exactly what I was looking for.

If you maybe try a half size larger, you may find that the extra length is minimal, however it creates more area within the shoe so a roomier fitting. Boots are fine - packaging leaves a lot to be desired - arrived in a cardboard box which was split at three corners & looked as if it had been kicked along the warehouse floor. At £125 for the pair of boots I think we deserved much better packaging. Unfortunately as a Christmas present they will look like they were bought in a Jumble Sale - very disappointing!
