I used to wear Gabor shoes a lot knowing you catered for a wider foot. However, I feel those that are wide tend to be frumpy. Please could you give wider fittings. It just seems to be wider fitting shoes are ballet pumps with no support.

I ordered on line and they arrived but had clearly been worn - possibly around a shop - as the soles were dirty and they had a sticky label on the inside sole which I have tried to remove without damaging the soft suede but most of it is still stuck. I did keep them because they fit and are comfortable and I had them at a sale price but I was disappointed at the condition in which they were sent as even the box was dented.

I was very pleased with my shoes but not with how they arrived. They were in a battered non descriptive box not the usuual smart silver Gabor shoe box with a label sellotaped to the side. Could I have my correct boc please as I like to keep them in the correct boxes? The shoes themselves, were not laced up and the zips uindone and thrown in the box as it someone had literally just tried them on.I checked the soles as it looked like they had even been worn. They looked so unproffessionally packaged that I even checked I had used the correct Gabor website and not a counterfeit one. I ordered a pair of shoes recently from another company and they arrived with inserts,tissue paper around them,in the correct box,laces etc done up and with a nice note from the company - they looked neat and proffessional; and it was a nice way to receive goods.Yours looked thrown together.

I used to buy Gabor and they fitted me. Unfortunately their EE size is not wide enough. I have EE Gabor shoes which fit me from 10 years ago. I have bought sandals and they are just about ok. Their EE needs to be wider

The Raynor Sandals are a Gabor G/ UK D which offers an increased space for a roomier fit. The widest range is a Gabor H/ UK D+. Ordered a pair of wide-fitting boots. They were too narrow, although Gabor claimed up to E fitting. There seemed to be a scuff on the inside of one of the boots. The inner box was badly damaged. I have been pleased with Gabor shoes bought in-store in the past, but will not order from site in future

I was disappointed to receive shoes which had clearly been opened and tried on previously, as key parts of the packaging were missing and one of the shoes was slightly scuffed.

The shoes are of a very good quality. Unfortunately the clasp on the strap revolves, loose on the turning point, goes around, and it’s nearly impossible to tie the strap. That makes it nearly unwearable, takes ages to tighten the strap.Also the clasp has a little point for the correct hole, that gets in the way and very hard to feed it through. Change the design and stick to the traditional one.Dont use this revolutionary design, it’s faulty. Doesn’t work. You try it and see what I mean.

I always wear Gabor as they are a comfortable fit and good quality. The colour in these boots I do d not like. It is not a consistent tan colour, which is what I wanted

Disappointing experience. I ordered two pairs of suede boots in different sizes. On delivery, the boxes were broken, the boots were not properly packed (no paper stuffing inside the boots) and so were misshapen and scuffed. Obviously both pairs were returned! I have ordered online from Gabor before and been extremely pleased with the items and how they were packaged but this experience has left me questioning whether I would order from Gabor in the future.

I have had many pairs of Gabor shoes in the past, and I have ordered most of those on line. This was the first time that I received a Pair of Gabor shoes from Clinkard Ltd and I was dismayed at how poorly the shoes was packaged. The shoes had hardly any protection round them and was falling about in the Clinkard box. I expected them to be packaged in a Gabour box with careful packaging. Sadly one of the shoes has a slight mark on it. I really expected better, especially seeing that they were not cheap - I think it is fair to expect better when a pair of shoes cost £89.99 from a very good brand. I will certainly never order from Clinkard Ltd again.

Such a disappointing purchase. Fabulous boots but nothing like the Extra Wide fit advertised. In fact, narrower than other Gabor shoes I have bought that were only decribed as Wide fit; these are not even as wide as them. I'd still recommend Gabor and the service was good but I might not buy online in future as I had to pay to return a wrongly decribed product.

you should have something on your site that lets people know how expensive it is to return shoes. I want to return a couple of pairs of boots and the postage is about $50 for each pair. That's 50% of the cost of the boots.

The boots are lovely but I bought them because online it said I could remove the insoles. I have to wear bespoke insoles because of a medical condition and so these boots aren't fit for purpose. Very disappointed because I wouldn't have bought them if I'd known this. I'm giving two stars because the boots themselves are very nice.

Bought a pair of Wisdom Women’s casual shoes in black leather. Very hard leather and narrow across the toes. I have the same size in blue suede which are very comfortable. Had to return black leather ones
