I hope this message finds you well. I recently placed an order, and at the time of purchase, I was informed that the delivery charges would be around £7, which was acceptable to me. However, a few days later, I received an email from the delivery company, DPD, stating that the product is coming from outside the EU and that an additional €24 in charges would be required. DPD gave me the option to either proceed with the order or cancel it, and I chose to cancel. They then informed me that the product would be returned to you, the seller. I have been waiting for your guidance on how to proceed with this order. If possible, I can provide you with a UK address for delivery. If that is not an option, I would like to proceed with canceling the order and receiving a refund. Please let me know how you'd like to move forward. Thank you for your assistance. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were asked to pay customs. I can see that the item is on the way back to us so have refunded in full for you today. We cannot change the address due to the strict rules of PayPal, but you can place a new order with the English address for delivery yourself if you wish. I hope that this helps. Style was good but the toe cap wasn't deep enough for comfortable wearing so very disappointed.

The two pairs of trainers I bought were very uncomfortable with the leather tongue being too long sticking into my lower leg. If I wore them for any length of time, I am sure they would creat a sore area and break the skin.

As these trainers are leather, they can be rigid at first but soften with wear. Ordered Navy Gabor Bolan Women Ankle Boots (1044035201) and they should have been wide fitting, these were an extremely narrow boot and certainly not a wide fit. Returned at my cost and refund processed promptly

Lovely quality but had to return them, although wide fitting in foot, zip on legs would not meet by over 1 inch, ankles also very narrow. Please make more large leg boots, the only one available this year in a small size looked like wellies!

Ankle boots were described as Bronz and looked brown but were a very odd metallic colour. I was not happy to pay the cost of the return.

These boots are supposed to be wide fitting but I would consider them to be narrow. So disappointed otherwise they were exactly what I was looking for.

Thank you for your review and for sharing your findings with regard to the fit of these boots. This will help others when browsing. If you maybe try a half size larger, you may find that the extra length is minimal, however it creates more area within the shoe so a roomier fitting. Boots are fine - packaging leaves a lot to be desired - arrived in a cardboard box which was split at three corners & looked as if it had been kicked along the warehouse floor. At £125 for the pair of boots I think we deserved much better packaging. Unfortunately as a Christmas present they will look like they were bought in a Jumble Sale - very disappointing!

I ordered the bronze boots size 7, I have boots and shoes in that size from Gabor. These were too small I could only just get them zipped up ! Very disappointed as I then had to pay to return them .

Thank you for your review and for sharing your findings with regard to the fitting of these wide fitting boots. You may find that a half size larger gives you the extra area that you need. The extra length is minimal but the area increases so gives extra room. And a bonus is that the bronze are reduced in price at the present time. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

The insoles are not spongy enough. Boots look nice but no good as there isn't enough padding in the soles so returned.

I am really disappointed with the shoes that I have received. On the webpage they looked like the previous pair I had purchased, however these are much narrower. They hurt my feet when I wear them and have left the backs of my feet with blisters. I don't feel like I can wear them again.

Unfortunately once shoes have been worn, we are unable to accept them back. Once your feet have healed, if you wear them around the home, you should find that the leather will warm and stretch a little and also your feel will get used to them. The boots I ordered arrived in a damaged old box, the packaging was was worn, torn and there was no shoe stuffing etc., these boot had clearly been worn and returned. I contacted customer services and was able to return these free of charge and I received a full refund.

If a customer orders 2 pair for size and returns one, they do go back into sale, but should be checked upon their return that they are perfect and also re packaged if required. The delivery was quick. Sadly the quality of the shoe was terrible. Fit was fine so I decided to go for a walk. I had peeled skin after just 30 minutes of walk. The shoes left black colour marks on my knee highs which was very annoying. The customer service was very quick to respond and they sent me a prepaid return label. I have sent the shoes back and am waiting for their reply. It's sad because I really liked the shoe. I have been wearing Gabor shoes for many years but it was very disappointing this time.

Have only worn these shoes a couple of times and they mark so easily. The brushes they recommend don’t help either. Only suitable for wearing indoors I would say.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With nubuck, it is recommended to dry clean with a brush or suede/nubuck cleaner. Protective and reviving sprays are also a good tool to use as this can minimise stains and make them easier to buff out. These can be found in most footwear retailers. Unfortunately nubuck can pick up dirt easily, so does need to be cleaned often. But the right care can prolong the life of the shoes. The shoes were lovely ... But returned because they were too tight which surprised me as they were my usual Gabor size. Also the box they came in was tatty and had obviously been used before. Cus. Services said the box was only there to protect the shoes which came as another surprise as they were an expensive pair of shoes.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that this lovely boot was too narrow for you. I find that if a boot is slightly narrow, I get a half size larger as the extra length is minimal but the extra area within the shoe means a much more comfortable fitting. Many of our customers also use this method and although it doesnt work for everyone, it does for many. With regard to the box, we do re-box into a plain box if the box becomes soft or ripped, but if it is damaged in transit, then unfortunately the box has done its job and protected the shoes within. It does sound that on this occasion, it was torn and should have been re-boxed and I am sorry that it was not. We do hope that you find a boot that is a better fitting for you.
