“Delivered very quickly and as usual for Gabor, lovely quality at a sensible price. They also have lots of size 9 shoes which makes me very happy after years of frustrating searches”

Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge and also cover the postage to customer if an exchange is needed, however we do ask the customer to cover return postage. You can buy a return postage label for £4.49 on our webite which covers up to 10 kilo, or take back to any Charles Clinkard store. If you choose Royal Mail, second class post is the cheapest method and you can pay around 80p more for tracking. I hope that this informaion is of help for future reference. Kind regards, janice

“Love Gabor shoes. So many different styles and colours. I have always found Gabor shoes so comfortable whether they are ‘flatties’ low heel or stilettos Narrow or wider fit. The only criticism is that you don’t do half sizes ie 8 and half!”

“My shoes were delivered by post. I was surprised, as I have previously always had a premium service from Gabor (this was my fourth puchase) that the product had clearly been sent out to someone else previously. The tissue paper was all scrunched up and the box was battered. I have decided to keep the shoes but have rather been put off future purchases even though I love the comfort of the product itself”

“This review is 1* because I ordered 2 pair of beautiful Gabor boots, one biker style ankle boot and one kitten heel slouch calf length boot, in WIDE Fitting - they were disappointingly NOT Wide Fitting ☹️ - I even gave to my slimmer size 12 sister and she too could not get into these boots ? so had to return ! Otherwise the boots were 5* - absolutely beautiful and well made. I do wish Gabor made proper Wide Fit boots, I would buy nothing else, but unfortunately as NOT wide Fitting I cannot wear nor my slimmer sister and so unable to be a Gabor Gals !! I would recommend Gabor boots 100% but only if you do not have wide feet and very slim ankles.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you found these boots to be too narrow. One thing that you might try is to go up a half size to see if this helps at all. The extra length on the shoe is minimal but it does increase the area within. Many of our customers use this method and it can work very well. “Boots that I ordered were unprofessionally packed with no care and attention. The boots had obviously been worn a lot and then returned and I then received them, obviously did not pass through quality control of any kind. I had to waste more time sending them back. I did however receive a free postage label in the post.”

“All Gabor boots and shoes I have purchased over the years have been first class, so good in fact that I am still wearing them after many years. My latest experience of buying Gabor shoes at Charles Clinkard in Milton Keynes reminded me of buying shoes 'back in the day' When sales assistants were genuinely helpful and friendly. Carolyn was this person in every respect. I'll be back for more in the future!”

“I was so sorry but I had to return them Have worn 4.5 G fitting Gabor shoes for at least 25 years. The shoes were not a comfortable fit. Either the Gabor last has changed or my feet. Now I have to find out.”

“I love Gabor shoes. I'm a stewardess and I have tried just about every type of court shoe available and always come back to my Gabor courts, they are comfy, solid, stylish and fit the requirements of my job. I've had many other pairs of Gabor casual and dressy shoes and love them, they are gorgeous to wear fit well and look amazing.”

Thank you for your review. Although we do deliver free of charge, we do ask customer to cover the cost of any returns. You can send back an item using second class Royal Mail which is keeps cost low and then add tracking which is around 80p more. There is a link on our website to Collect + where for the low cost of £4.49 you can return up to 10 kilo, so several pair of shoes can be returned in one package. “I have several pairs of Gabor shoes in various sizes. They are very comfortable and I would recommend them, although they are expensive. Recently order in different sizes and had to send 2 pairs back and was disappointed that I had to pay to return the items. Have never had to do this before, but I suppose it is the sign of the times.”

“Have worn Gabor shoes for years. Great quality and fit. I am replacing a pair that is 10 years old. I ordered the wrong size but have reordered the correct size. Return process was simple and refund prompt. Can't recommend them enough. Looking forward to receiving correct size shoes.”
