The ordering and delivery process was very good. I received the suede shoes but found they were scuffed on the sides and toe as if they’d been tried on a lot but as I wanted them to take away on holiday in a couple of days and didn’t have the time or the money to send them back I kept them. I was disappointed but loved the shoes.

Shoes are great quality and have just bought a lovely pair of shoes for my son's wedding. Delivery is free and there is a subsided cost for returning via Royal Mail which is good. My issue is that my parcel was delivered to my old address. I assumed that I hadn't updated my address until I logged in to change it and my current address was showing as my default address. Fortunately after a bit of hassle I did get my parcel.

I am so sorry but the G wide fitting i bought last week is not as comfortable and roomy like a pink one i bought some time ago. The quality is not the same in my opinion

The shoes are very nice and as per pictures on website. Sadly they have given me terrible blisters on first wear. Inside of heel is overstitched, making it quite rough and it has rubbed.

Unfortunately the sandals i ordered were far to wide. ( I don't have particularly narrow feet) Even on the tightest adjustment they were too looses. The bead work was lovely as was the sole of the shoe. The quality of the upper band wasn't the best for the price. Shame I was really looking forwards to wearing them. Size 9

I have four pairs of your shoes/smeakers. They are the most comfortable. I am always the same size. These sneakers were the same size but they hurt my foot so much, it made it go numb just trying it on. They were so much tighter I can not wear them. I want to exchange them, but Ihave to pay postage to send back then rebuy and pay postage again. it is getting too rxpensive. I don't want to do this. I am spending too much money. These shoes ran way too small.

The sandals are excellent, but a terrible delivery firm (DPD). Instructions where to leave this parcel were clear and precise. This was ignored and they were put in our waste bin! Not what you expect from an highly rated shoe company.

Love the fit and great for walking long distances. But the soles wear through at the heal to reveal holes beneath which cannot be mended. This is a very weak aspect of the trainers so I shall not be buying a third pair as I would expect a trainer of this quality and price to last at least three seasons.

The shoes were delivered on time. However there was a sizable tear in one of the straps which rendered the shoes unusable. Following contact with Customer Service by phone the process for claiming a refund was shared which I have followed. A lot disappointed on the product as purchased them for a Birthday present and having to re-wrap and go back to the Post Office has reduced my impression of Gabor brand.

The trainers were nice but too wide and too long surprisingly, so I sent them back. Given the price of Gabor shoes I wasn't impressed with having to pay the return postage fee.

The customer service at Teesside Park is not very good. You always have to wait. Exchange for the same boots in a different width took a while to go through. Then I had been charged more. Very disappointing.

Ordered a pair of ankle boots advertised as a wide fit. Beautifully made and looked smart but too narrow. I'm not sure how they could be described as wide fit! Returned.

We include in the description the UK fitting and the Gabor equivalent as this is a German brand so I apologise for any confusion caused. Whilst your shoes are of excellent quality, they are too narrow, especially from the step to the toes I was a big fan of Gabor shoes, but either my feet have widened or your last have shrunk Sad to have returned the latest pair I ordered online

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers in different colours but the same size (5.5). However, one pair fitted and the other pair was smaller so had to be returned. I opted to receive a replacement pair in the dark blue but a size larger (6 ) but these were too large and gaped at the side and therfore I had to return these. too. It seems that there must be a quality control issue here which is very disappointing at this price point. The delivery times were good from the supplier - hence my 3 star rating.

Ordered the Marissa boots. A great style but the leather is very thin and I doubting the longevity so unfortunately I will be returning at this price point. The box arrived damaged as it was only packaged in thin plastic so pleas upgrade your packaging materials.
