I am little disappointed, because the colour is not a match as displayed in the photoe, I would have returned it , but I am a poorly person, and it is difficult for me to process the return, and also , this is the shade of colour and style I may not be able to get , I do think that colour must be checked abd photoe must be replace with true shade . Thanks

I have been buying Gabour shoes and boots for many years. Historically, I could have relied upon both shoes and boots being a good fit. Unfortunately, although. Purchased’H’ fitting, both pairs of boots were a little tight. Quality is good but I am not taking any risks as they may give a little bit with wear, I decided not to keep them. I have many shoes and boots with the’G’ fit and are great. Very disappointed.

Ordered navy blue ankle boots. Larger than a normal size 3. Leather top was nice but was the wrong style to match the sole which was thick, clumpy, crenellated and extremely heavy. Made me walk with thumping steps. Top of boots was stiff and hurt the skin of my legs. This boot should have been designed with a wedge heel made of a spongier material. I bought some Gabor sling backs in navy suede, size 3 last October. This size 3 is rather tight, so we can conclude that Gabor sizing is inconsistent. Years ago, you could rely on Gabor. Not now.

The sandals are OK although they arrived in a battered box that seemed to come from a third party, not Gabor themselves. However, the vendors had put a price sticker on the inside sole of the sandal which wasn't very clever. They should have put it on the underside of the sole because it's stuck fast and when I tried to remove it, it damaged the lining and I have had to leave it there for now and will have to try and wet it to soften it and get it off.

We are Charles Clinkard, we run gaborshoes.co.uk as we are the largest supplier in the UK. If the box has been previously damaged, we replace this with one of our own to ensure the shoes are sufficiently packaged and protected whilst in transit. Regarding the sticker residue I am sorry this was not rectified before the sandals were sent. This should be removed easily with warm water and then a mild soap solution if any residue remains. boots fitted perfectly, only issue was the box was smashed to bits which means no way to store the boots properly.

The primary function of the box is to protect the shoes inside, but unfortunately, can be damaged itself whilst in transit. Regarding storage, it is advised to keep leather boots in a cool, dry and well ventilated area out of direct sunlight. This ensures the colour is protected and prevents cracking to the material. My new boots are not as nice as the ones which I have had for some years ... They may be more trendy as a bit 'cowboy .' .. I also prefer the brown colour of my old ones .

I ordered two styles of boot in my usual size 7 but also a 6.5 just in case. When they came they were huge! I've since ordered a 6 and have now just ordered a 5.5 so the sizing is VERY large! Nice boots otherwise.

The boots I ordered took 13 days & not 2 days but with the weather the country has suffered I can understand don’t wonder me from buying Gabor once again Little footnote the customer services department was excellent Polite friendly & v helpful In chasing up the order

I had my Gabor Jollies trainers for about 18 years and loved them,I ordered a new pair and they were so uncomfortable,looked inside the zip on the right foot trainer and the leather a zip had not been finished properly so there was a big bump which pressed on the bone , perhaps I was unlucky,had to pay to return them.Gabor shoes are normally very good .

Delivery service prompt but sent wrong boots in wrong size so wasn’t ideal. Response from customer service good and offered free returns. Understand mistakes happen and well handled but pretty basic error! Shame as wanted to wear on my birthday.

Nice shoes. Package left outside in the rain and we didn’t know about it until taking the dogs it next morning. Hole punched through lid of box which is not good for a Xmas present. Repairing it now. It’s not wise to use couriers who don’t care.

Although wide fitting around the boot these ankle boots were not wide around the ankle so sadly had to be returned!

Generally ok but start to hurt after a lot of continuous wearing Staple ends came through on one pair Both black pairs hurt but white ones (I have 10 pairs) ok until worn for a while

Concerning my order #93576409 which took place on October 22nd, I have received a refund.The problem is, I never received the order, and never asked for a refund. So the question is, is it possible to receive what I have ordered? And how is it possible to return an order without my interference? I really would like to receive the boots I ordered and would very much appreciate if you could inform how to proceed. My opinion on Gabor shoes depends on the possiblity of receiveing my order Thank you.

They sent me lovely shoes which were unfortunately too small. I sent them back for an exchange. Still waiting, so I can't really say what the shoes are like.
