“Concerning my order #93576409 which took place on October 22nd, I have received a refund.The problem is, I never received the order, and never asked for a refund. So the question is, is it possible to receive what I have ordered? And how is it possible to return an order without my interference? I really would like to receive the boots I ordered and would very much appreciate if you could inform how to proceed. My opinion on Gabor shoes depends on the possiblity of receiveing my order Thank you.”

“The shoes seem nice and arrived in good time but they are way to tight for me, even tho I ordered a size 9! I've had to return them!”

“They sent me lovely shoes which were unfortunately too small. I sent them back for an exchange. Still waiting, so I can't really say what the shoes are like.”

“Lovely boots and just what I was looking for but way too narrow and too big on the heel, so unfortunately had to return. Waiting on refund. Gabor are usually good for a broader fit but not on this occasion.”

“I LOVE Gabor shoes and boots and I've had numerous pairs over the years. They are smart and comfortable and last very well. I have just purchased my second pair of orchid pink suede boots. I wore out my previous pair, and liked them so much that I was delighted to see they were still available. They are the most-admired footwear I have ever owned!!”

The Dahma trainers are a Gabor G which has increased space for a roomier fit but the widest fitting for Gabor is a H, which this shoe is unfortunately not available in. “I bought these boots as they are Gabor H fitting. I already have loafers in Gabor H fitting which fit beautifully. I was so disappointed when trying them on as the boots are much much narrower than the loafers even though they are the same Gabor H fitting. Surely they should be a standard width. I'll be returning them.”

“The shoes are comfortable BUT the fasten buckle is a nightmare. I really should have returned them as so fiddlely to put on. Why Gabor have done this design forvtge buckle I don't know. Trouble is I like the style.”

“Beautiful shoes, nicely made, a rich chocolate brown. I had to return as they came up very small. I'm a size 4 in all shoes including Gabor so very disappointed to have to return especially as I had to pay to do so. Size up at least half a size is my advice.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you could not find this shoe in a fitting that was comfortable for you. Other reviews for the Gabor Piquet indicate that the fitting does come up slightly narrow, rather than being true to size, which may be why you had a similar issue. “I ordered the Gala women’s suede shoes in natural colour. They looked nice, but I couldn’t manage the buckle. When I did get buckle closed it sat too far up ankle. This aspect not comfortable. Even though at sale price I had to return them.”

“The shoes were lovely, unfortunately they were faulty. There was a lump in the sole of the left shoe which wasn't apparent until you walked in them. Very uncomfortable so sadly I had to return them.”

“I am sure these are great quality shoes and on the right person would look great, but they felt and looked like orthopedic sandals on me. Shame because I usually love Gabor shoes.”
