“The description said these shoes come up small so I did size up, however the lovely leather had an awful hard synthetic binding it felt like fishing wire and was never going to give. The shoes also arrived worn with dirty soles so whilst they seemed perfect they weren't and have been returned. The return process was ok though!”

“Ordered direct from Gabor to ensure that I received a new pair of trainers xonsiderng it was stated at the time of ordering they were in stock I waited far too long for them to be posted albeit was free postage, I was not notified that there was an issue, I was told they were due to arrive on the following wednesday after orderng the previous friday, only to find they did not and were not even despatched, I was notified they were sent by DPD but the tracking did not work, then I was told it was Royal Mail, They arrived on Friday....only to find they had clearly been unwrapped, tried on and not re wrapped, they were just slung in the box one with a faulty zip which had been left stuck halfway and a mark on the front, no padding inside or tissue, the other was part laced these were certainly not box fresh like my wife usually receives from Gabor direct or from John Lewis. and as these were a gift for her I could not present them as intended I was disapointed at the condition, then realised they had been sent out via Clinkards and not Gabor this was even more disapointing, needless to say they were unnacceptable and I was sending them back she did not even try them on, I contacted Gabor and have to say they were great and apologetic and sent me a prepaid return slip really appreciated but did not compensate for the poor presentation of the shoes on arrival”

“I love these sandals,if you are prone to puffy swollen feet these will perfect they have a tiny unnoticeable peice of elastic on the strap that comes across the ankle which makes them super comfortable. I thought they were a bit pricey when I first bought them , but there's no price to put on comfort, so I was glad when I saw them at a reduced price, I now have two pairs and very happy.”

“Great sandals, perfect fit. I have small feet and it is incredibly hard to find any shoes my size. I got these in a size 2.5 and they are so comfortable. On breaking in just put them on and you are ready to go.”

“I have always loved Gabor shoes but the last pair I purchased were surprisingly narrow. They had to be returned which cost me £3.20. I was a bit muffed! But the customer service lady I spoke to very polite. Shall think twice before ordering again if I have to pay to return.”

We do ask that customers cover the cost of their own returns, so we offer a reduced cost Royal Mail label to make things a bit more manageable.
