Looking at the tracking, Royal Mail are requesting details to re-arrange delivery or a collection point. You can do this yourself on their website, but if you need assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. I can't see we have been contacted to assist with this. Very disappointed. Ordered size 5.5 Ruffle Shoes. on 4/4/25. When I received them they were too narrow. I paid for return post and requested an exchange for a 5.5 G fitting. Replacement arrived and although docket said 5.5, the she's were a size 5 clearly marked in a size 5 box. I rang Gabor and and was told that Ruffle is not made in a G! If so, why not notify me. Wasted 10 days, 2 trips to PO to post returns and waiting for refund. A complete waste of my time

Purchased Zumba boots, after 1 winter of wearing these a couple of times a week, cracks appeared across the width of the soles on both boots. I contacted Gabor website, Charles Clinkard who refused to offer compensation without a receipt. I was advised to contact Intershoe who just sent me back to charles Clinkard. No-one will offer compensation despite the fact that the damage goes way beyond normal wear and tear as the cracks are on the same spot on each shoe and cover the width of the shoe.

I have not received the sandals, neither am I able to track them on your confirmation! I did immediately let you know when I saw it was being sent not to use our postal service as it does not work! I was assured that a courier was going to be used in South Africa! Once I receive my order, I am happy to submit another review.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel. We are only able to send International parcels for South Africa via Royal Mail. Once this leaves the UK, we are unable to dictate who this is passed to. In our experience, parcels to this destination take a maximum of 4 weeks to be delivered, although this is would be unusual. I have bought many pairs of Gabor wider fitting shoes over the years. I always buy a size 7.5 and usually find them to be a perfect fit. Your Belva Mary Jane’s in black suede were an exception. I found them to be very narrow and uncomfortable. There was also glue along the inside seam of one shoe. Very disappointed as they are an expensive shoe.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that the Gabor Belva were not a suitable fitting, and that they were received in this condition. I can see that the Belva Court Shoes are a UK D Wide fitting, while the Balm Ankle Boots are a UK D+ Wider fitting. This may explain why the fitting differs to other styles you own. I really like the fit of Gabor Shoes as I am a UK 7.5. My order of boots arrived and unfortunately one of the pair was a 7.5 and one was an 8. I was informed by customer service there were no more available.

The shoes I received were damaged. There were marks on both toes and heels which should have been seen prior to dispatch. I am also disappointed that they were not available in half sizes. Were they available in a half size and in perfect condition I would have been very happy with them.

it is the second time i receive a problematic delivery from Gabor. in summer I have received 2 shoes of different sizes in one box. This time, I have received an order that has been clearly tried on with zips undone, horribly stuffed in a box with previous customer's hair everywhere...

Regrettably, despite my order having been accepted and paid for, the next communication from the company was that I had received a refund! So …no ‘review’… just a complaint about the disappointment that I, quite justifiably feel.

Unfortunately, the box can sustain some damage during transit, but hopefully they fulfilled their purpose of protecting the shoes inside. As the boots are suede they can take some wearing to soften and mold to the shape of the foot to become comfortable. However, if they are not suitable for you, we will happily refund upon receipt. I was absolutely appalled at the cost to return 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit. £13.35. There is no Charles Clinkard store near me. I will never order from Gabor again.

Received wrong size boots. Tried to send email but would not go through. Needed boots for a trip so intended to return once I am home. Paid additional £3.99 for quicker delivery which did not meet deadline. Intend to return boots and expect full refund to include postage. Very disappointed as I have had 2 pairs of these boots in the past.

I ordered 4 pair of shoes. One pair had been previously worn. Suede on the toes and sides of the shoes was worn. Sides of the shoes were also dirty. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide photos. I provided photos and the response I received from Jack was that the suede was damaged in transit and I should use a suede brush to repair the shoes. I find it outrageous that the Charles Clinkard provides such poor service. I will not order from this company again.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your recent experience. I have reviewed the conversation you had with customer services I can understand why you're unhappy. My colleague was trying to explain to you that some types of suede can appear faded, particularly if the nap (the tiny fibers on the surface) have been flattened or marked. This can happen sometimes when they've been in the box a little while or in transit. However, brushing suede with a suede brush can restore its appearance by lifting the nap and removing dust or dirt. That said, our warehouse should have inspected the items and brushed them prior to dispatch to prevent you from having to address this yourself. As you’re overseas, we believed offering the option to try resolving this at home might be more convenient than arranging a return. I hope you will accept my apologies for the confusion and inconvenience caused, and that the explanation above provides clarity and encourages you to consider shopping with us again in the future. I always buy Gabor shoes for work. I'm on my feet all day, so absolute comfort for me is essential. Never had an issues with there shoes before, but these are that uncomfortable that I cannot wear them. Really disappointed as they cost me £95.00.

Thank you for your review. We do offer a full year to return any items that are unworn. If you have only tried within the home we would be happy to accept them back if they are as new. Unfortunately if you have worn them outside we would not be able to do accept them back. Requested ful price (£95) pair of sandles. What came was a pair of sandals in a bashed up box, very overused tissue paaper wrappinh anf shoes obvious worn with suede rubbed off over the heels and imprint of feet on both shoes indicating had been worn previously. Not a good advert for Charles Clinkard and I dont think I wil be sourcing shoes from you again.

Terrible experience. I received boots that had been returned and were worn. I also purchased the same pair of trainers twice as I loved the style and they both came apart in the same place. I emailed and received to reply re the trainers and included them in a video of the boots that arrived worn and the trainer issue wasn’t addressed. I have now returned the boots and turned down an offer of a 20% discount given they were in such a terrible condition.

We do get returns back where people may have tried them on for fit, but all should be checked upon return to ensure that they are not worn, and again checked if they are being sent out for an order. I apologise that on this occasion it seems we have let you down. With regard to the trainers, I cannot see a previous order from us for these, if you have an order number or receipt if bought from store, please do get in touch again so that we can look into this for you.
