Unfortunately you sent me the wrong shoes. Invoice had the correct details. I’m was disappointed as they were for an event so had to use the shoes you sent as they were the correct colour but wrong design. Not enough time to make a return!

Received previously worn shoes in poor condition - soles inside and out dirty, heel and sides of shoe marked, labels all removed.

Shoes can be tried on for fit especially at sale time when they may be on display, but should be checked if being sent out for an order that the shoe is in good condition. I ordered gold and got grey with a sprinkling of gold dust ..nothing like the advertising photo....not willing to pay for returns and do not have a Charles Clinkard close to were we live so ordered a bottle of gold suede dye ...Gabor Lanzarote women's toe post sandals £79.99 muschel Caruso metallic size 6

Muschel is a dark beige colour with gold dust effect and not the bright gold that some other gold colours have. Your feedback is important to us, and I can understand your disappointment. I bought a pair of navy wedge shoes soze 8 that were heavily stained. I returned them for a replacement, the last pair you said you had and these were also heavily stained. I suggested that we compromise in that zI would be given some compensation and I would clean them up and keep them as I needed a navy blue shoe for an event. You refused. I havetried to clean them and refreshed them with a navy dye. I have bought many shoes from you and am a good customer so I think I have been treated very shoddily. shoes themselves, lovely, unfortunately I received a pair with very dirty soles, I sent pictures to the supplier who replied with 'this does not affect the wearability and to clean with a damp cloth', if i bought them second hand or discounted due to the soles being dirty this would be reasonable, but I paid full price £89.99 which is a lot for my usual budget, therefore not happy with your customer service.

Brought a lively pair of sandals which then broke at the strap on my first day wearing them (within half an hr of putting them on). Still waiting on a refund despite having sent shoes back the same day. Pictures of broken strap were sent but told they would have to "inspect" the shoe before a refund was issued. Incredibly poor service. Would expect far better for the price.

We received the sandals back and processed the return on 12th July and also refunded on the 12th July when fault was agreed. Unfortunately at this time of year when returns come in, it can take up to 3 days to process returns as during the sales, the volume of returns is larger than usual. I loved the sandals very comfortable, however two different colours, one was lighter than other obviously had been on display in window, however customer service excellent and are sending replacement pair

Well, was told 10% discount. Got to check out and it says it doesn’t apply !!!!!! First time shopping Gabor, will be the last.

The 10% discount for first time purchase does say for full price items. The shoe you have bought had already been discounted in the sale by £20 and this is the reason that it did not work. I have not received the shoes even though DPD say they delivered them. I have contacted Clinkard and they say they have raised a query with DPD. Therefore I have no comment with regard to the shoes as I have note received them even though I have paid £95 and so far have no idea if it will be refunded.

I foolishly made the assumption that spending over £100 on summer wedge sandals (Lammnappa Weiss) meant they would be leather. Wrong! These sandals are totally made from synthetic materials!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately you have come through as anonymous and also there is no product detailed for me to answer your review correctly. The only order I can find from your email address is the Gabor Keegan, which is a leather boot you have ordered in the past and not the sandal yuo mention on your revew. Some shoes are high quality man made material as some customers do not wish to have leather, we would be happy for you to return any item so long as unworn for a full refund. Ordered 3 pairs of Sandals each at £95.00 - 2 pairs had clearly been worn - 1 of these was scuffed ! Clearly not checked before being dispatched.

Shocking service. I paid for express delivery. DPD Local have notified me of three missed deliveries by text and email accompanied by pictures of random gates and houses but definitly not my house. According to my security camera DPD Local has not called at my gate.

I have had these boots before and loved them. Sadly when they arrived they had clearly been worn and showing wear in heels, inside footbed, soles and suede. To be fair I did get a further discount. But disappointing all the same as they didn't have a replacement pair and they are very much secondhand!

Very disappointed. Ordered size 5.5 Ruffle Shoes. on 4/4/25. When I received them they were too narrow. I paid for return post and requested an exchange for a 5.5 G fitting. Replacement arrived and although docket said 5.5, the she's were a size 5 clearly marked in a size 5 box. I rang Gabor and and was told that Ruffle is not made in a G! If so, why not notify me. Wasted 10 days, 2 trips to PO to post returns and waiting for refund. A complete waste of my time

Purchased Zumba boots, after 1 winter of wearing these a couple of times a week, cracks appeared across the width of the soles on both boots. I contacted Gabor website, Charles Clinkard who refused to offer compensation without a receipt. I was advised to contact Intershoe who just sent me back to charles Clinkard. No-one will offer compensation despite the fact that the damage goes way beyond normal wear and tear as the cracks are on the same spot on each shoe and cover the width of the shoe.
