I foolishly made the assumption that spending over £100 on summer wedge sandals (Lammnappa Weiss) meant they would be leather. Wrong! These sandals are totally made from synthetic materials!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately you have come through as anonymous and also there is no product detailed for me to answer your review correctly. The only order I can find from your email address is the Gabor Keegan, which is a leather boot you have ordered in the past and not the sandal yuo mention on your revew. Some shoes are high quality man made material as some customers do not wish to have leather, we would be happy for you to return any item so long as unworn for a full refund. Responded to review and was asked to return the shoe however the email Gabor communicates with is a non reply one so can’t initiate the return

Thank you for your review. To initiate a return, you can use the returns portal on our website to create a Royal Mail label for £3.20. However, if you are having issues, you can speak to one of our Customer Service Advisors directly by calling 0345 241 7742, our opening hours are below. Ordered 3 pairs of Sandals each at £95.00 - 2 pairs had clearly been worn - 1 of these was scuffed ! Clearly not checked before being dispatched.

Shocking service. I paid for express delivery. DPD Local have notified me of three missed deliveries by text and email accompanied by pictures of random gates and houses but definitly not my house. According to my security camera DPD Local has not called at my gate.

I have had these boots before and loved them. Sadly when they arrived they had clearly been worn and showing wear in heels, inside footbed, soles and suede. To be fair I did get a further discount. But disappointing all the same as they didn't have a replacement pair and they are very much secondhand!

In order to offer the greatest selection of our products, we sometimes source items from our stores. For this reason we cannot guarantee that our items have not been tried on at some point. Very disappointed. Ordered size 5.5 Ruffle Shoes. on 4/4/25. When I received them they were too narrow. I paid for return post and requested an exchange for a 5.5 G fitting. Replacement arrived and although docket said 5.5, the she's were a size 5 clearly marked in a size 5 box. I rang Gabor and and was told that Ruffle is not made in a G! If so, why not notify me. Wasted 10 days, 2 trips to PO to post returns and waiting for refund. A complete waste of my time

Purchased Zumba boots, after 1 winter of wearing these a couple of times a week, cracks appeared across the width of the soles on both boots. I contacted Gabor website, Charles Clinkard who refused to offer compensation without a receipt. I was advised to contact Intershoe who just sent me back to charles Clinkard. No-one will offer compensation despite the fact that the damage goes way beyond normal wear and tear as the cracks are on the same spot on each shoe and cover the width of the shoe.

I have not received the sandals, neither am I able to track them on your confirmation! I did immediately let you know when I saw it was being sent not to use our postal service as it does not work! I was assured that a courier was going to be used in South Africa! Once I receive my order, I am happy to submit another review.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received your parcel. We are only able to send International parcels for South Africa via Royal Mail. Once this leaves the UK, we are unable to dictate who this is passed to. In our experience, parcels to this destination take a maximum of 4 weeks to be delivered, although this is would be unusual. I have bought many pairs of Gabor wider fitting shoes over the years. I always buy a size 7.5 and usually find them to be a perfect fit. Your Belva Mary Jane’s in black suede were an exception. I found them to be very narrow and uncomfortable. There was also glue along the inside seam of one shoe. Very disappointed as they are an expensive shoe.

I can see that the Belva Court Shoes are a UK D Wide fitting, while the Balm Ankle Boots are a UK D+ Wider fitting. This may explain why the fitting differs to other styles you own. I really like the fit of Gabor Shoes as I am a UK 7.5. My order of boots arrived and unfortunately one of the pair was a 7.5 and one was an 8. I was informed by customer service there were no more available.

The shoes I received were damaged. There were marks on both toes and heels which should have been seen prior to dispatch. I am also disappointed that they were not available in half sizes. Were they available in a half size and in perfect condition I would have been very happy with them.

it is the second time i receive a problematic delivery from Gabor. in summer I have received 2 shoes of different sizes in one box. This time, I have received an order that has been clearly tried on with zips undone, horribly stuffed in a box with previous customer's hair everywhere...

Regrettably, despite my order having been accepted and paid for, the next communication from the company was that I had received a refund! So …no ‘review’… just a complaint about the disappointment that I, quite justifiably feel.

Unfortunately, the box can sustain some damage during transit, but hopefully they fulfilled their purpose of protecting the shoes inside. As the boots are suede they can take some wearing to soften and mold to the shape of the foot to become comfortable. However, if they are not suitable for you, we will happily refund upon receipt. I was absolutely appalled at the cost to return 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit. £13.35. There is no Charles Clinkard store near me. I will never order from Gabor again.
