The shoes were ordered on line and when they arrived the box looked like it had been kicked around the warehouse. The shoes had been worn and had a bad defect across the middle of the sole. Ordered 5.5 but shoes were smaller than previous 5.5 purchased. Clinckard took them back without questions which makes me think they knew. Purchased the same style at John Lewis which are perfect as usual for Gabor shoes.

I cannot write a review since i didn't get my parcel yet. the order was placed on November 17th, on the Royal mail site i still get : Parcel on its way !!!!!!!!

H width is no wider than standard width. A bigger size makes them too long.

Save your money and go elsewhere. Really poor service. Ordered and paid for boots. DPD delivered them to another address without trying mine first, other address denies receiving and Gabor will not honour a replacement or refund. Beware this is their standard delivery service and considered acceptable by them. Give them a wide berth!

Item was not as the picture showed in their catalogue . Returned the item. On returns label attachment needed to be printed to be used at the post office returns.

The shoes I received where in a broken box and had no labels. Clearly they've already been worn. I emailed them and never heard back. Really disappointed

Ordered lovely sandals but virtually impossible to fasten them as the strap was far too short! Waste of two lots of postage when the shoes were not fit for purpose

The shoes are lovely. I ordered them for my mum who lives 300 miles away. Sadly they were a half a size too big and the for her to post them back to get an exchange is a bit of a palave. I have to print the label down here and then post it to her in the north east!! Wouldn't it be simpler for customners to include a returns label? MOST OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE ELDERLY PEOPLE who mostly aren't internet savvy and don't have a printer!

These shoes looked lovely and came slightly worn looking. I wore them as I needed shoes. They are extremely painful at the front and not comfortable at all. A wasted purchase really and so sad as I looked forward to wearing them.

These loafers whilst well made were a very poor fit. I always buy a 5.5 and they've fitted for years - these were too small and the heel kept slipping off. Very disappointed, the fit was just like a Clarks shoe - poor. I am returning these for a refund.

Unfortunately you sent me the wrong shoes. Invoice had the correct details. I’m was disappointed as they were for an event so had to use the shoes you sent as they were the correct colour but wrong design. Not enough time to make a return!

I ordered gold and got grey with a sprinkling of gold dust ..nothing like the advertising photo....not willing to pay for returns and do not have a Charles Clinkard close to were we live so ordered a bottle of gold suede dye ...Gabor Lanzarote women's toe post sandals £79.99 muschel Caruso metallic size 6

I bought a pair of navy wedge shoes soze 8 that were heavily stained. I returned them for a replacement, the last pair you said you had and these were also heavily stained. I suggested that we compromise in that zI would be given some compensation and I would clean them up and keep them as I needed a navy blue shoe for an event. You refused. I havetried to clean them and refreshed them with a navy dye. I have bought many shoes from you and am a good customer so I think I have been treated very shoddily. shoes themselves, lovely, unfortunately I received a pair with very dirty soles, I sent pictures to the supplier who replied with 'this does not affect the wearability and to clean with a damp cloth', if i bought them second hand or discounted due to the soles being dirty this would be reasonable, but I paid full price £89.99 which is a lot for my usual budget, therefore not happy with your customer service.
