Lovely trainers but a very small size. Found it almost impossible to get my foot in to the trainer even with a shoe horn.

Well I am asked to make a review when I ahve not actually had the goods. I ahve had a picture of my next door neighbours house and said the shoes were left here. No neighbours know anything about them. I ahve e mailed Charles Clinkards and they ahve not even returned my enquiry. Your parcel has been delivered to your neighbour at 29, and received by MOORE at 13:58 on Wed 06 Mar 2024

The boots arrive one boot had a twist in it returned they said I would receive a replacement immediately No sign yet. Very disappointing I have purchased numerous shoes and boots before and not had an issue why now .

Not enough styles of knee high boots and not many narrow around the calf. Asked for Peace to be brought back but swiftly told no. Most other styles look a bit geriatric.

shoes fine eventually. initially i was sent a pair consisting of left foot a different size from right foot, not impressed. was told replacement pair would come on next day delivery but it didnt

Unfortunately as we did not have stock in our warehouse, we had to wait an extra day until the stock arrived with us before we could post the replacement out, so I also apologise also for the delay in sending the replacement to you. I already have a very similar pair of shoes and was disappointed that the shoes were difficult to get on and even more disappointed to have to pay to return them. Therefore, I will not be using your in line service in future.

Thank you for your review. You can use a second class postal service to keep the cost of returns low. You can then add tracking if you wish. Alternatively, there is a link on our website to Collect + where for the reduced cost of £4.49 you can return up to 10 kilo in one package. I do hope that this information helps for future reference if you do order again. There are a couple of Charles Clinkard concessionary stores not too far from you, where you could visit to try Gabor shoes on if you are in the area, you can pop your post code into their store finder to see where these are. Very disappointing - too small and a very clunky style. They will be sent back and I have to pay for the postage. I usually like Gabor shoes...have many pairs.

You can return the shoes back to any Charles Clinkard store if you wish, there are several larger towns close to where you live that have these stores and you do have up to one year to return for full refund. If you do post back, second class is fine, then ask for extra tracking which keeps the cost down. Alternatively there is a link to collect + on our website. I hope that this information is of help. I tried black sparkle court shoes on in John Lewis. They didn't have my size, so I ordered on line. When they arrived there wasn't a spot of sparkle on them.They were just black fabric. Very disappointed as I wanted them for Christmas parties I had been invited to.

I have checked with the stock at John Lewis and ours and it seems that the beige is very glittery in its material, but the black is much more dull and does not have the metallic look that causes the glitter affect. I am sorry about this and hope that you will return them to us for a full refund if they are not what you were looking for. You can return unworn items for up to 365 days. This review is 1* because I ordered 2 pair of beautiful Gabor boots, one biker style ankle boot and one kitten heel slouch calf length boot, in WIDE Fitting - they were disappointingly NOT Wide Fitting ☹️ - I even gave to my slimmer size 12 sister and she too could not get into these boots ? so had to return ! Otherwise the boots were 5* - absolutely beautiful and well made. I do wish Gabor made proper Wide Fit boots, I would buy nothing else, but unfortunately as NOT wide Fitting I cannot wear nor my slimmer sister and so unable to be a Gabor Gals !! I would recommend Gabor boots 100% but only if you do not have wide feet and very slim ankles.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you found these boots to be too narrow. One thing that you might try is to go up a half size to see if this helps at all. The extra length on the shoe is minimal but it does increase the area within. Many of our customers use this method and it can work very well. Boots that I ordered were unprofessionally packed with no care and attention. The boots had obviously been worn a lot and then returned and I then received them, obviously did not pass through quality control of any kind. I had to waste more time sending them back. I did however receive a free postage label in the post.

You don't have mya boot in size 5 what crappy production can't produce products in the most used sizes

Very disappointed with the state of the box and the creases on the new boots - will definitely be returning as they were purchased as a gift but all in all look like used goods

£23 to make a return. It’s a very out of date service for returns.

Thank you for your review. You can take any returns back to a Charles Clinkard store and have up to 12 month for unworn items to be brought back for full refund. You can also buy a label to collect + on our website where for £4.49 you can return items using a tracked service. This covers up to 10 Kilo so you can send several pair back at one low price. If you have several pair to return and wish to have a speedier delivery and insurance, and use Royal Mail, it can be quite costly. You can though choose any courier of choice to keep costs down. I ordered some black boots, they were nice but way too big. The cost of the return was £12. I won’t order from Gabor again.

Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge, but ask the customer to cover the cost of returns. There is a link on our websie for collect + where for £4.49 you can create a tracked return label that will cover up to 10 kilo. This means that you can return multiple items at one time. Alternatively you can take back to any Charles Clinkard store for refund. You can also opt for second class Royal Mail, with tracking, which although takes a day longer to arrive with us, reduces the cost of return significantly as to opting for a next day service. All returns are done within 3 working days of them arriving here. I hope that this helps for future reference. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

I have not received my order. They delivered to the wrong address and now my shoes are missing. I am not happy with the service. These are very expensive shoes and to deliver to the wrong address and now I have to go through investigation is careless.
