Hello Catherine, Thanks for the review, I'm so pleased you love you new bed. Sorry about the delay, as we explained, our trucks from Italy were refusing to come the UK during January causing us and many others in the UK with significant problems. Happy to say that it's starting to get back to some sort of normal now. I know it's no fun sleeping on a mattress on the floor but am happy that now you can enjoy your new beautiful bed and the huge 'hidden' storage it offers.

“Excellent service and a fantastic new bed. I wanted this bed, but thought it was too expensive but looked at the alternatives and realised it was excellent value. Very pleased with the bed and it was delivered and assembled perfectly. Whole experience has been a real pleasure and I couldn’t recommend FUrl more highly.”

“Brilliant product. Delivered by Paul last night after he had to get through bad weather conditions. Looks good and is well comfortable as a sofa and a bed. My husband is well pleased with it. Daisy the jack Russel loves as well I would recthis company to anyone who wants an outstanding piece of furniture that turns into a bed. Thanks Paul.”

“Overall, quite unimpressed. Ordered a Max+ storage bed in October 2020 with delivery timeframe suggested early January 2021, from then on I received zero communication from Furl unless I initiated it first. Lockdown changes came and went. I had no idea if it would affect my delivery, because Furl didn't contact me. When I contacted them via web form, I received a three word response. As the delivery date approached and I still hadn't received any proactive communication, I called to chase delivery. I was notified at this time that the mechanism was imported from Italy and they were still awaiting delivery, but that a later order from another customer had their mechanism already, and that that mechanism could be assigned to my order instead. Delivery day finally arrived, only 10 days late to Furl's credit given everything going on. We did not purchase installation services. The two man delivery crew arrived, one wore a mask inside my home and the other did not. Not quite what I'd expect in a pandemic. They brought the bed into the room it was to be assembled in and left, as expected. The instructions left were for another brand of bed that bore striking similarities to the Furl product (Sedie beds, an Italian company), but was different in several areas and consisted of a badly degraded, monochrome photocopy image and six bullet points. Extra parts we did not need were provided, yet all the pieces we did need were not. I contacted Fuel by email the same day to query and was quickly told what I did and didn't need, and that the missing fixings for the feet would be provided. However, 10 days later those fixings still have not turned up. For reference, this was a £2500 bed. Does this sound like a £2500 experience to you?”

Help Tom, absolutely this is not the kind of service we aim to deliver, I am sorry for the issues and frustration this must have cause you. We really did our best to get your bed on time to you amidst the huge and ongoing issues getting deliveries from Italy. I’m sorry it was a little later that the estimated delivery date. The missing double sided tape to secure the feet was ordered 10 days ago and should have reached you by now, a new set will be posted to you today. Thank you for your feedback which I will urgently address with my team.

“My new bed is a dream. No pun intended. It is so comfortable, stylish and practicable. Perfect for a small flat like mine. The delivery team were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and very polite. If you are looking for a new bed look no further. Highly recommended”

“Good quality bed and headboard, provides good storage and nice aesthetics as well. Installation team was very efficient and polite. The only downside was that delivery was one month later than expected, given the Covid and Brexit circumstances that is understandable. Overall happy with the service and the product.”

“Delivery was on time on the day and the guys assembled bed quickly and efficiently . I was also delighted to get my bed delivered before Christmas after problems arose with original delivery date (shortage of drivers because of Covid)... and the bed is fab!”

“We had a wonderful time choosing our Cambio sofabed at the showroom where we had time and help to understand and try out all of the options. It was a really lovely experience. We received the sofa on time and the delivery and assembly was done perfectly. We have thoroughly enjoyed using it so far, it is beautiful, comfortable and such a clever design. We will be back.
