“Received my beautiful sofa bed today, couldn’t be more pleased with it, although not used it yet. The delivery guys where very efficient and very nice. They brought it in and put it together very quickly. Impressed !!!”

“Really thrilled with our sofa bed. Excellent quality and easy to put up and back again. Delivery service was super efficient, good communication about timings, polite helpful drivers (who took their boots off without needing to be asked!) who assembled the sofabed and then demonstrated how to use it before taking all the packaging away. Excellent!”

“We've just had a mini max double delivered and installed. The delivery guys were amazing - fast, great communications and lovely to deal with. They clearly know their products well. The bed is SO well made and easy to lift. I'm really pleased we used Furl - there are cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for. A quality experience.”

“I ordered the Furl Max Storage bed, which was delivered and constructed by Furl Technicians yesterday. Mo and Thomas who constructed the bed were extremely professional, friendly and efficient, and the bed itself is of outstanding build quality. I feel that buying this bed has been money extremely well spent. 10/10 for Furl. Superb.”

“I bought the Max Storage bed and the Metro sofa from Furl. I loved being able to fully customise the furniture online and pick from a wide range of fabrics as well. The quality of the delivered furniture is very high - the sofa is very comfortable to sit and sleep on and the lift up storage mechanism for the storage bed works very smoothly (and the storage space is huge!). Service was fantastic from start to finish - communication around delivery times, arranging the delivery during lockdown, and the guys who finally delivered and assembled it did a great job as well and left the rooms clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend.”

“A very good experience with Furl. The team has been really friendly and helpful all way through. The final product is exactly what we wanted and looks amazing. I was a bit disappointed not to have been updated regarding the delay of our delivery due to Brexit reasons. I had to ask before I was told, although the team assured me they did send an email. Nothing to be concerned about though. Thanks a lot Furl.”

“Just received our second bed from Furl. The first was 7 years ago and despite going through several house moves, it still looks like new and thus had no hesitation in buying another bed from Furl. Great customer service who have helped me a couple of times with disassembly / assembly info. Yes, they're not cheap, but this is a long term purchase and the quality is fantastic and worth the money in my opinion.”

“Choosing and ordering was straightforward with quick postage of samples and office support friendly and forthcoming when dealing with a few queries. The new sofa bed is very comfortable and looks great. It's easy to open and close. The fitting team were very prompt and efficient and took great care in their work. FURL is highly recommended”

Hello Catherine, Thanks for the review, I'm so pleased you love you new bed. Sorry about the delay, as we explained, our trucks from Italy were refusing to come the UK during January causing us and many others in the UK with significant problems. Happy to say that it's starting to get back to some sort of normal now. I know it's no fun sleeping on a mattress on the floor but am happy that now you can enjoy your new beautiful bed and the huge 'hidden' storage it offers.

“Excellent service and a fantastic new bed. I wanted this bed, but thought it was too expensive but looked at the alternatives and realised it was excellent value. Very pleased with the bed and it was delivered and assembled perfectly. Whole experience has been a real pleasure and I couldn’t recommend FUrl more highly.”

“Brilliant product. Delivered by Paul last night after he had to get through bad weather conditions. Looks good and is well comfortable as a sofa and a bed. My husband is well pleased with it. Daisy the jack Russel loves as well I would recthis company to anyone who wants an outstanding piece of furniture that turns into a bed. Thanks Paul.”
