“We were immediately pleased with the sofa bed, it was exactly as described. The mechanism is efficient and easy to use. The mattress (pocket spring) is comfortable. The delivery guys were polite, friendly and helpful. A very good experience all around.”

“Have purchased 2 king size beds from Furl - an Air and Simplicity. Thrilled with the beds - there are of superb quality, fully functional and lovely beds! Excellent customer service from Furl throughout. When our building works overran and we needed to amend the delivery dates for the beds, Furl were flexible and accommodating on multiple occasions. The delivery guys who assembled the beds were professional, speedy and punctual (they were actually early!). Would thoroughly recommend Furl and have already do so to friends!”

“Everything about this company was faultless from start to finish. The bed is amazing, very comfortable and solved lots of our storage problems. We have a king which is even big enough to store a double mattress. The customer service is exceptional. I placed the order days from when we were exchanging on a house, things didn't work out to plan and we were delayed by 8 months. Furl were amazing and stored the bed until we were ready for it and at no additional cost. Would 100% recommend.”

“We have had our furl bed for a few months now and although it was not cheap I have to say it is worth every penny! The mattress is very comfortable and the storage underneath is easily accessible. The only downside is not wanting to leave it in the mornings! The service received from David was second to none. We had plenty of time to look round the show room and although he was on hand to answer questions we were given space to look without feeling pressured. We were so impressed with the products that we bought an extending table as well, which we are equally pleased with. I have already recommended Furl to a number of friends and will continue to do so. All round excellent service and products.”

“We have had our Furl "Illusion" storage bed for about a year now and it has become our favourite for comfort compared to wherever else we have slept. The storage space is amazing and the look is just superb. Brilliant design, well made and the company were great to deal with and the delivery service was excellent.”

“So happy with my purchase of a Max Storage bed from Furl. We had recently moved from a property with a loft into a flat, so I needed to find some solutions for extra storage. The storage capacity of the bed is amazing - there's plenty of space for all our luggage, spare duvets and pillows and lots of other 'stuff' that didn't we didn't have a proper home for. The quality of build, materials and mechanism is also excellent. Great service from the guys who delivered and installed the bed. They were really punctual, polite and tidy. Overall excellent product and service from Furl. Definitely recommended.”

“There are plenty of storage beds out there and we thoroughly researched before ordering from Furl, including 3 trips to their showoom just to be sure. The product is very well made and well designed. We have the bed right up against the wall with a right handed opening and the mechanism does not touch the wall when you lift it upwards due to its clever design. We love having the spacious storage whilst still having that deceptive look of space underneath (we have Simplicity Air). The only thing to say is that it's worth opting for their installation service- the instructions are no Ikea manual! Overall, we are very pleased with our bed, thank you Furl.”

“The service we received from purchasing our beds to delivery was superb. They look very stylish and the storage underneath is larger than expected, so ideal for a small room. The mattress and bed are so comfortable. I would highly recommend Furl and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“I bought a king size 'illusion' bed from Furl and (a) think it's a stunning piece of furniture first and foremost. Unlike most storage beds, it doesn't appear chunky and overpowering in the room, this is due to it having proper feet and being sleek in its design. (b) It holds a tonne of stuff which is ideal as we live in a small apartment. Everything from meeting the owner and inventor of Furl's products at the showroom, to delivery, to just how darn good it looks at home is five stars. I'm recommending Furl to my friends, and I will be back to buy the Retro sofa bed very soon.”

“Sorry for the delay no excuse. I am delighted with the Sofa Bed - the mattress is excellent and have slept on it for a week when hubby was ill. My son will be using for the 1st time over Xmas. Love it and would recommend quality, service everything to anyone considering purchasing.”

“I'm really pleased with my leather sofa-bed. It's really comfortable and the mechanism works beautifully. I got excellent service from FURL. There's only one area where I thought that they could do better - advice on care of the leather. I'm hoping that my sofa-bed will last a lifetime so I need to look after it. FURL gave me the address of the website of the manufacturer of the leather. This gives some advice, but the advice on conditioners is: "Leather conditioners are available for this type of leather which help maintain suppleness and help to prevent the leather from fading or drying out. These conditioners are designed to be used from new and throughout the life of the furniture". The problem is that there are lots of different products on the market. I wrote to the manufacturer to ask if they could recommend any particular products and got no reply. In the end I decided to use leather balm but I've no idea if this is the right product to use. It would have been nice to have had some more specific recommendations.”

“First off, Furl sofabeds are no in any way inexpensive. You can get a sofa bed for a fraction of the price. However, that is where the comparison ends. The sofa beds from Furl are (in the main) hand made and of very good quality. The actual sofa part is comfortable to sit on and serves well as a sofa (unlike some sofa beds where the cushions 'collapse' when you sit on them. The sofa bed mechanism is superb and one of the best (if not THE best), that I have seen. The action is flawless and easy to operate, even if you don't have huge upper body strength. We had house guests for several weeks sleeping on this and they could not say enough good things about it. We upgraded to a pocket sprung mattress, which provided additional comfort (in my opinion). A superb product that proves (as per my first line), that you do indeed get what you pay for. Also, don't be concerned about unusually narrow doors. The sofa is delivered in component form.. the mechanism is on one piece, but other pieces 'join on' and can be easily removed if moving rooms or house. Assembly was easy, as we paid extra for it, bit it should be possible for someone with basic DIY skills. The delivery crew actually work for Furl, have a Furl branded van, etc. You are buying Furl and it is installed by Furl, so even the delivery and assembly guys have a sense of pride in the company and product. We will certainly buy from Furl again.”

“We absolutely love our Simplicity Max bed. It has so much storage space, I really do not know what we did with everything in the past. The bed opens so easily that it makes getting things out effortless so there is no need to worry about the hassle of getting things out. We have had our bed for almost a year now and can honestly say it was one of our best buys!!”

“The storage beds from Furl are a wonderful product with more storage space than I've seen from other manufacturers. My experience with the company, however, was sadly marred by very poor customer service. It took me several weeks and an exchange of acrimonious emails to get them to listen to my pleas that I'd been delivered the wrong mattress. I got a new mattress in the end (the correct one) but not before having to pay for the exchange.”

Hello Naana, I’m sorry you found the mattress you chose to be different to what you expected and tried in our showroom. At your request we did return your mattress to the manufacturer who confirmed it was what you ordered and it was not defective. We returned the same mattress back to you which I am pleased you now find acceptable. I am delighted you love your bed and have all the storage space you need.
