“Great quality sofa bed with a real mattress but that is what I was expecting. What I got extra was fabulous customer service from a 'no problem' approach which assured me that it would fit and stairs were not an issue, though to a great installation team - they really brought extra value to the product in respect of their professional attitude to the product and my home.”

“Excellent service and excellent products. Making an appointment was easy, and the lady was very helpful, new the products and helped choose the right bed. My flat was not ready so furl kept the bed in storage as long as I needed. Delivery was extremely easy to organize on a selected date. The guys put the bed together and explained everything. They made sure to cover their shoes and didn't step on the new carpets.”

“Fantastic bed - really love it. I splashed out on the deluxe mattress - well worth it. The team who came to deliver it were very cheerful and efficient. There must be something about heavy lifting that makes men cheerful! - anyway that were all done very quickly and off to the next delivery I suppose. I am paying for it with interest free instalments. Whats not to like!”

“Wonderful sofa bed. We held off buying a sofa bed for a while to save up, as Furl beds looked so beautiful - and we've not been disappointed at all. Works brilliantly as a sofa and a bed, is super comfortable and looks wonderful! The mechanism is really smooth which makes it very easy to change between bed and sofa. Our guests love it.”

“I bought the Storage Bed and absolutely love it. It is always a little daunting configuring and ordering something online that is not only as personal as a bed, but that you also are going to live with for many years. But the entire experience was top notch. The delivery and installation was seamless and the quality exceeded my expectations. There are many storage beds on the market, but the Furl bed is indeed excellent value. It is very sturdily made, has fantastic craftsmanship and is well worth the price. Thank you again for a great experience.”

“Great bed, sturdy and easy to lift with a heavy mattress on top. Masses of storage space. The company are great to deal with - before, during and after purchase (needed to dismantle and move the bed!) I would definitely buy another product from them.”

“I have purchased two simplicity beds from furl. One for my daughter one for myself . Service was very good and the men who came to install the beds were also very good and careful. My only slight disappointment was with my headboard, I chose the standard headboard, my daughter the horizon which was much thicker than the standard if I had realised the headboard styles were different thicknesses I would have chosen differently as I prefer the look of a thicker headboard. Saying that I would fully recommend these beds the amount of storage is fantastic and so is the quality and look.”

“The entire experience with Furl has been great. I visited the show room, and then made an order. I had some different specifications and they immediately confirmed them. They delivered when they said they would and they have been very good at communicating along the way. The bed is exactly as I hoped and the whole thing was very easy. Also about half the price of another site I looked at.”

“Furl offered by far the best deep storage range of beds (I wanted to store suitcases and bulky items); the staff at the showroom were really helpful and thorough; expensive but worth it - like having a second bedroom!”

“We bought a Milano which at the time seemed quite expensve compared to similar sofa beds. However,the quality of finish,comfort and service more than compensate for the added cost. The 1890 width seems larger than a standard double and the mattress is really as comfortable as a bespoke bed. Small design quibbles are that the bed feet will damage a carpet unless you put cup casters underneath them and the initial pull to activate the bed is seriously hard if you are of short stature. Finally would it be possible to supply some covered foam inserts to fit down the side of the bed when activated? This would cover the metal frame and increase the bed width by 20cms. Altogether very happy. David Gordon-Brown”

“We were very happy with our recent Sofa Bed purchase from Furl. The overall quality is excellent. David and his team were very welcoming to the showroom, offering a very professional and helpful service. The delivery men were fantastic, we were kept informed regualry of their location and the time of delivery. Nothing was any trouble for them. Wonderful service all round.”
