“We have already posted a 5 star review of sale and delivery processes. That continued when I had a query which Marcin responded to within minutes, sending me a great video to show me what I wanted. Our Metro sofabed has been used as a guest bed, but this weekend was the first time we slept in it - I have two things to comment on - first, the bed was every but as comfortable as our main bed and we slept really well, and second, opening and closing was something I ( at 75) could manage on my own with no difficulty. We continue to be highly impressed with all things Furl.”

“Intuitive website allowed me to specify everything I wanted my bed to be. Was sent an email 10 days before delivery to let me know that my bed was ready, which gave me plenty of time to prepare. Then on delivery day, was given a time estimate for delivery. Two engineers arrived and installed the bed very quickly, they were polite and careful with my property. I needed to rotate the storage mechanism afterwards and was able to do it myself fairly easily, but Furl also offered to come and do this for me which was nice. First night using the bed was perfect, best night sleep I've had in a long time. Thank you Furl!”

“Total pleasure to deal with Furl, from our first visit to their London showroom to delivery of our sofa bed. The sofa is quite expensive but when you see the quality of it and the service provided, well worth every penny. “I would like to mention the high standard of service received from start to finish was super. Today Fabio and Lubo delivered and assembled the bed with care. They were tidy, quick, clean and very professional. Both were very friendly and knew exactly what to do, they worked very well as a team also. The bed looks superb and is constructed to a very high standard.”

“Furl has been amazing since the get-go. The service at the showroom at Barbican was amazing. Zeynep was so patient and collaborative, it was a joy to be there. She made the decision easy. Ther quality of the products is great. I wanted a comfortable sofa bed for when my parents come over for a month and this is it...it's a regular mattress in a sofa, not anything flimsy or super thin...so happy. The delivery was scheduled and the date and time were respected. And then finally the delivery and assembly team were amazing. Sorry i don't know their names, but they kept me updated on ETA, were super professional, the assembly was super quick, and they took the time to explain and demonstrate how everything worked. I am so happy with the overall service and quality of Furl. Thanks to all the Team !!”

“My Delivery of my bed was on time and the 2 men were very polite they showed me how to open and close it, and the level you should have your clothing at. They also said that this was a good choice, it was fix in no time at all. I am sure that i will be happy with my new bed.”
