“delivery guys were spot on, calling to tell of arrival time, care taken, packaging removed. sofa bed very expensive, but looks good quality. hopefully will last for many years.”

“Val at the Chelsea Showroom was so helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and responded promptly to my emails. He organised the quick delivery of my bed, and I was so impressed with the customer service & delivery team. I love my new bed, it is well made and so comfortable. It has amazing, sleek storage space and I would 100% recommend FURL to anyone considering buying a good quality bed with excellent under-bed storage!”

The only part which was disappointing was the delivery where the information regarding delivery that I received was different (told I would be informed by phone by the delivery drivers on the day but it seemed pretty one sided).”

“I struggled to find a motorised ottoman bed and after a lot of research, I contacted Furl and the customer service is excellent. Palak and Osama helped me a lot with choosing the pattern of headboard, colour and size I like most. I am so happy that the bed came earlier than scheduled too. The delivery team Mark and Fabio are very friendly and professional. Very polite, punctual and tidy. Will recommend to my friends when they need furniture . Thanks to Furl. 👍🏻👍🏻”
