“Excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the shop right through to when the sofa bed was delivered. I spent a lot of time choosing the sofa bed I wanted and Zeynep was incredibly helpful. I also spoke to some of her colleagues who again were great. The deliver chaps spent time showing me how it all worked and were very polite. I am delighted with the sofa bed and will certainly recommend Furl to everyone I know.”

“The delivery team was polite, efficient and tidy delivering and assembling the sofabed. Explained things and answered all questions. The only reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is not about the delivery team but the delivery process itself. I asked the day prior for an idea of the delivery time window and never got a response. I only learned of the delivery time a few hours prior and it was right in the middle of a schedule conference call that I had to cancel. Delivery windows should be given prior to the delivery day so that not only Furl but also the client can plan their day.”

“I've purchased a storage bed which I was able to design as per my taste and needs. Furl offers great availability of materials, colours and storage solutions and furniture is crafted with great attention to details. Sales and delivery departments have been both very helpful during the process and the delivery team showed up on time, assembled the bed very quickly leaving my flat clean and tidy. I couldn't recommend more.”

“The sofa bed is beautiful. Very smooth process from ordering to delivery. The delivery team let me know when they were arriving and set the sofa bed up for me before explaining how to operate it. I highly recommend this company. The sofa bed was made to measure but I paid for an express order so there were no long delays.”

“What an upgrade to our last sofa bed. Our sofa bed is our main bed used daily so it was important to get something that would be comfortable, easy to set up and put away and also have storage. This meats every need. The bed is so comfy with the memory foam mattress and so surprised at the size of the bed. It feels so spacious even with 2 adults and a 2.5year old. The delivery team were fantastic. They were so friendly and set up the sofa so quickly and made sure we knew how to set up correctly. Also so informative letting us know if we move that we can pay for the sofa to be repackaged and moved for us.”

“The furl delivery team were polite, efficient and arrived on time. The bed was put together very well and put in position in the room exactly where I had asked plus the mattress was placed on the bed and I was shown how the underbed storage mechanism worked. Wonderful service and a superb product. I will certainly use Furl, again, if I require another bed or some other furniture.”

“Very pleased with my Illusion storage bed. The delivery installation team were excellent, helpful, installed my existing headboard without fuss and took away all of the wrapping once the bed was completed. From the showroom to arranging delivery to the installation, all of the Furl team were excellent.”

“Amazing product. I spent many hours researching quality sofa beds, and it was worth it. The pocket sprung mattress is reasonably firm and very comfortable. The mechanism is easy to use, and the footprint of the bed it much smaller than most other sofa beds, despite the bed being bigger. The best feature for me is that there are no cushions to find a home for when using as a bed - they all stay attached and simple for underneath the bed. Mattress protector and sheet can be left on the bed when it is folded away, but duvet and pillows must be removed. We have a medium metro, which is larger than a standard double, however because the mattress is slightly less deep, standard double fitted sheets fit well. Delivery and installation was carried out by Furl. It too about 20mins. They gave me a good demonstration, tips on operation and moving the sofa, and took all the rubbish away when they were done. Expensive, but well worth the extra.”
