We had searched the internet for a quality sofabed - and although a number of sites proferred to offer them, we couldn't find anywhere that had stock that we could see and test, even though we were prepared to pay for quality - and sure as eggs is eggs, we were not prepared to pay good money for a product sight unseen. Apart from FURL whose online process was simple and highlighted showrooms where we could see and choose from a variety of configurable options. From our initial showroom visit with Claudia taking all the time we needed (even waiting patiently while we tried to get the deposit processed - turns out to be a problem with a vpn connection attempting to access bank accounts). The sofabed was ready earlier than we anticipated - but as we were about to move house, the lovely Aimee in delivery was happy to hold delivery till we were ready. Actual delivery came spot on time (at 7:50am) and was a one man job much to our surprise - Paul did an outstanding job - setting it up very quickly and showing us once again exactly how it works. It sits now in our conservatory and Crusha the cat has now claimed ownership sitting on the arm or back of the sofa in the morning sunshine. We are absolutely delighted with this very high quality piece of furniture and the top quality service throughout.
