“The delivery service was excellent. They took the time to show me how it works and what I would need to do if I wanted to move it into a different room. Friendly and efficient, I couldn't believe how quick it was to put together. The quality of the sofa is exceptional and the bed is by far the most comfortable for a sofa bed.”

“The service was excellent. The two guys who delivered the sofa bed were, without doubt the best we have had in the last few weeks and we have had a fair bit of furniture delivered. They were polite, good humoured and insisted in showing us not just how the sofa bed worked but how to construct it, if that were ever needed. All this was carried out in the quickest time possible. First rate job.”

“Great service. Delivery was swift and assembly was efficient. They took care in ensuring no damage was caused to the house despite having to get a super king size mattress up two floors. Everything was left neat and tidy and concluded with a demo of the bed. I couldn’t be more pleased.”

“I've had pretty horrible delivery experiences with other companies, but with Furl, it was brilliant. They built the sofa inside my home (rather than try to fit the sofa through very narrow Victorian houses), and the two delivery people were friendly, and assembled the item pretty quickly (also gave the heads up they were on their way 20 mins before they arrived). They also gave me instructions on how to operate the sofabed before they left. Super happy!”

“To start, I phoned the shop to say I was very impressed with their beds and would like to book an appointment and was told abruptly to book it online……I said “so you don’t want to talk to me then…!!! the man said “I”m in the car driving”….. ummm, good start when considering to purchase their beds….. Thought I give the company second chance, booked my appointment online and met MJ at Furl (Swiss Cottage) who was extremely helpful, polite, approachable and knowledgeable, very nice man! Purchased my bed that day! 5 stars given for MJ”

“Furl have been easy to deal with from showroom to fitting of the bed. The fitters today were very friendly, professional and efficient in installing the bed and made sure I knew exactly how to raise and lower the bed to access the storage in a safe manner. The bed looks great.”

“The delivery service was excellent. Two lovely polite helpful guys who took real care around my home. The sofa bed looks beautiful and feels great to sit on. The delivery guys took time to show me how the mechanism worked. The bed feels lovely to lie on and will be tried out properly by a guest tonight. Really excited about our purchase and delighted with the service we received today.”
