“one problem. on the metal bars of the base were bits of metal solder which could tear the mattress. The guys delivering the mattress saw them and we wrapped gaffa tape round them. The company need to check this before sending beds out.”

“It's not often that I leave reviews for items I've purchased but because I feel so passionate about my Storage Bed and the whole experience of purchasing it, I feel it would be a huge injustice not to do so. David was a blessing when it came to helping us in the showroom, completely accepting of my choice of Orange coloured Storage Bed, showing me all the different shades of the colour and types of material that could be used. He showed us the way the different mechanisms worked and the different styles of Storage Bed, choice of headboard etc.....you could feel he was as passionate about the Beds and the individuality of them as I was, in the way that he informed and then moved away allowing me to make my decision and own design choices. Absolutely marvellous! I must say I had spent a great deal of time looking on the website prior to making an appointment to go to the London showroom and already had a good idea of which bed I would purchase, but seeing the Beds and realising exactly what could be achieved helped enormously. These Storage Beds really do sell themselves. The workmanship and materials used surpass all others by miles. The Customer Service was excellent. I sent 2 emails which were replied to satisfaction in a very short time. Delivery was advised but did not suit my schedule. They happily re-arranged to suit my timetable. Once again, 'Absolutely Marvellous'. Space is a nightmare in my room. The delivery 'Chaps' were lovely and built the Storage Bed within the space in a very short time. They took so much care with everything from the minute they walked through the front door. (Both, another asset to the company!) Nearly 2 months on, the Storage Bed looks fantastic. There is still space underneath it...I wish I had purchased it with the Keypad Safe now....but I was convinced I would use all the space up. My mother would purchase a Storage Bed for every bedroom in the house and for everyone else. She found the website whilst looking for Storage Bed for my room. She said it was like a dream come true....I think she's as passionate about the Storage Bed Company as David is !!!!!...... .......Thank you so very, very much.”

“I could not have coped moving into such a small flat without the amazing storage capacity of my new storage bed. And I have no trouble opening and closing the mechanism unlike cheaper versions where I either struggled - or nearly had my fingers chopped off!”

“The build quality of the bed is first class, and has become the centre piece of our bedroom. Its both a beautiful piece of furniture and practical, the intelligent use of space allows for extra storage without the need to clutter our apartment with extra furniture. Without doubt one of the best purchases since we moved in.”

“Very helpful and friendly showroom staff listening to us and presenting the right number of options to choose from, thus facilitating making the correct choice. Once ordered, we requested a customised headboard - accommodated without any problem. The delivery / assembly team continued the excellent service -- on schedule and most helpful. 3 months later we're delighted with the bed -- totally lived up to its promise. We looked at cheaper and other brand name alternatives (Ikea, John Lewis, etc.), however we're confident we've made the right choice. The Storage Bed are highly recommended.”

“Great storage bed, a quality product that offers loads of storage space. Would certainly recommend them to others. They do cost more than many, but you get what you pay for a three adage goes. Bed was delivered on time and they assembled it in the room for you, hassle free.”

“Customer Service was excellent Bed was excellent quality: really well made, looks excellent and lhas ots of storage space. The reason we bought it was that it's one of the few beds that have a ribbed surface (which is softer), as well as having storage. The competition is very low quality and only comes in leather. The removeable/dry cleanable fabric will also certainly be useful in time. It was very expensive but there's not much else out there and I feel that it'll be useful for years to come. Only downpoints have been: a) We ordered a superkingsized bed with an average-heavy matteress and my girlfriend isn't strong enough to open it. b) The electronic safe deposit box is excellent and works perfectly. There does however seem to be a design flaw with the battery compartment though where the batteries connectors can misalign and fall out. Otherwise the safe is fine. c) No instructions came with the safe.”

“I was given good advice when I visited the showroom and helped to make an excellent choice of bed. The fitters arrived on time and were quick to assemble the bed in situ. I'm still filling the storage space and the system operates very well. And the mattress is exceedingly comfortable!”
