“Couldn't fault them. Great service throughout, polite, careful delivery men (a rarity!) and a terrific product. It's the most comfortable bed I've ever owned and the storage space is both capacious and versatile.”

“We are really pleased with our storage beds. We have two Max beds, 180cm and 150cm. We have the Horizon headboard in a custom height of 150cm from the floor. They look grand! We are so pleased with the build quality of the beds and the quality of the upholstery; they look amazing. Operation of the beds is so easy and smooth. We shopped around high end shops now offering storage beds and nothing compares or even comes close. Not to mention, we've stored everything we planned and have loads of room left. The guys delivered the beds right on time and were ace at setting them up. Both beds up and ready in less than an hour. Highly recommended.”

“I think I have already done this havent I?! I am a huge fan. Having gone for the super comfy mattress and maximum storage for my small flat in Brixton, I was so impressed by the delivery and assembly (friendly and super efficient), and am nightly delighted with my bed that I give them top marks on every score. Choosing was great too…so relaxed and helpful.”

“When moving to my new one bedroom flat I knew that storage space would be a concern. I looked at a number of companies but none of them have the level of service and quality that the Storage Bed Company offers. After spending several hours testing beds & sofa beds at their London showroom, I had a good idea of what I wanted to buy. I especially liked the way it was possible to customize each product with a user friendly website. I bought a Sofa bed and the largest storage bed model available. Both were delivered to my new one bedroom flat on the same day in April and where assembled with care by the company's delivery men. The aftercare was also good. I now have two high end products which fulfill my needs and to date my Sofa bed remains my favourite piece of furniture. I use both of them everyday and I fully expect to be doing so for many years to come.”

“From sale to delivery this was a pleasant experience. No pressure or hassle in the showroom where there was a relaxed and happy atmosphere. Delivery guys were totally brilliant, swift efficient and good natured. As for my bed, its so comfortable I look forward to it every evening. Massive storage underneath as I went for the Max. What more can I say, except that I am buying one for my son and his wife.”

“Superb shopping experience from start to finish. Cannot fault the service and highly recommend this company. The website is very userfriendly, we were able to built our desired bed online, but wanted to visit the showroom to make sure we had made the correct choice. We recommend visiting the showroom to lay on the mattresses, you make your own mind up with no pressure at all, very professional and friendly service. We chose a very chic boutique style headboard with a studded border, hand made and each stud added individually, it is stunning. The quality is second to none with plenty of storage. We would advise paying the extra to have the bed assembled as the guys were very professional, friendly and polite, the heavy bed was carried upstairs and assembled within about 20mins, it was well worth the extra! We love our bed, it is so comfortable & looks fantastic as a main feature in our bedroom. We will definitely return to buy another, it was worth every penny, the best of British!”

“The beds are not cheap compared to other companies, but you truly do get what you pay for. We bought two Max beds and could not be more delighted. The mechanisms work smoothly, the storage space is huge and the beds look marvellous and are very comfortable.”

“We love our storage bed! Its super comfortable and we're able to finally get rid of some of the clutter that's been hanging around the flat. Delivery was a easy, and the guys put the bed together super-quickly. Not sure I could have done it myself. I would highly recommend these storage beds. After all they're very expensive beds, so they should be good! The only reason I didn't rate them very good is because they nickle and dime you over some of the options - everything is extra - and because they wouldn't take away my old bed.”

“Can't fault the product or service. Absolutely delighted and wish I had found the company before now. Bed is superb. Sturdily built and with an incredible amount of storage. Delivery was excellent and my narrow And steep cottage stairs were no problem for the delivery guys. Arrived, built the bed, showed me how it operated and were gone in about half an hour. Would highly recommend the company and indeed their beds.”

“My new bed looks absolutely wonderful. Very high quality, delivery times as promised. A lot of storage space, sturdy. Absolutely hustle free experience unlike some other furniture companies. The delivery/ assembly team were fast and professional, took about 25 minutes to put the bed together. I would advise to get samples of the material you like as some of them looked quiet different to the pictures on the website. I liked that they give you options on how you want your bed to be. It's very convenient, especially if you are on a tighter budget. That's not to say it's cheap. But definitely worth the money and I can already see- it will last forever. I've been using the bed for 1,5 weeks now and have nothing but good things to say about it. I would like to thank craftsmen for such an amazing job. Keep up the good work! I wouldn't hesitate to use again or advise their services to anyone who is interested.”

“Before delivery Jessica Yeoh kept us well informed and kindly accommodated our requests for delivery times. The delivery staff on the day were really helpful and kept us updated about their arrival, they also assembled the bed very quickly and checked everything with us before they left. The bed is extremely comfortable and we've got loads more storage space as a result. Many thanks”

“Purchased the ivory rimini ottoman bed from dreams. Good customer service. Fast and efficient delivery. Had the bed assembled. No problems. Only grumble wS the lifting handle came off on first use! Again no problems. Rang dreams who sent a replacement out straight away. Love the bed!! It looks beautiful.”
