“perfect experience. highly recommended. product of extremely high quality, arrived in time and delivery service was impeccable, including the shoes covers. the bed is wonderful and very comfortable. the only remark I have to make is the following: the key to lock the bed is not really a key and does not prevent access to the storage because it's enough to slid a hand inside the bed and move the lock, maybe I misread or misunderstood the description, or perhaps it needs to be clearer. A real locking mechanism would be useful for people who want to rent out their flats and store things under the bed preventing easy access. As I said it's a minor remark, I would buy again this bed and I still strongly recommend their products and services.”

“Fantastic service Looks good and very comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. So easy to turn from a sofa to a bed . Have had prior experience of sleeping on one which prompted me to invest in one when we moved to a flat and am not disappointed. Sue Johnston”

“My wife discovered the Storage Bed company through a google search. Since we have purchased furniture from well known stores like John Lewis in the past, I have to confess to being a bit sceptical about a randomly selected company. However, David and his staff were very helpful on the phone and in person when we visited their showroom in North London. The design of the bed frame is perfect. The bed was delivered on time, assembled by David and his partner quickly, and we are very pleased with the result. Would highly recommend both the bed and this company to anyone. PS. I would also note, that on the day of delivery, which was a Saturday, one of their regular delivery people was ill, so David himself came with the van to install the bed rather than being in the London showroom that day. When I mentioned this, he said it was more important to provide good customer service and deliver on the day promised. This is exceptional in today's world, and I would highly commend this company's approach & attitude to customer service. I sincerely hope their company grows and prospers.”

“David was very helpful when I placed my order and assured me that I would get delivery by my deadline even though I requested delivery prior to their normal schedule. I am happy to say it arrived when promised and I am very happy with the quality of the bed and mattress.”

“We recently nought a Max bed and are very pleased not only with the customer service but also with the bed. It is more expensive than some beds advertised but it is easy to open and close daily and it looks fabulous. David is obviously passionate about his products and patiently answered all our questions during our many visits. The bed was ready before schedule and Paul and Simon put it up very quickly with a smile and overshoes. The only thing is I wish Paul and Simon had warned us how heavy it is once assembled as the bed is blocking the only socket in the room... Also we almost bought their best selling mattress but in the end opted for a memory foam mattress from another leading London shop: I think that the Storage Bed Company could possibly improve their mattress selection? Overall we are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend the Storage Bed Company. Stephanie & Paul”

“Very pleased with the build quality and the service/delivery by the Storage Bed Company. Minor issues were the lack of detail in the instructions for DIY assembly especially with the headboard and no predrilled holes for the headboard to attach it it the base.”

“The quality of the sofabed is excellent; the mechanism makes pulling the bed out very quick and easy and the thick mattress is really comfortable to sleep on. My queries before placing an order were dealt with swiftly & the guys who delivered were polite & careful manoeuvring the pieces up the stairs & explained how it all worked very thoroughly. All in all very happy that I bought from your company & will do so again in the future.”

“I am very pleased with my sofa bed. For this purchase I was working within very strict space contraints with respect to the maximum possible overall length of the whole unit with the bed opened up. This bed is amazingly compact. The help and advice from the company during the selection process were excellent, not only in terms of the information available on the website (including data sheets showing a full set of dimensions for all the variants of each model) and the fabric samples sent out, but also the availability of a suitably knowledgeable person at the end of a phone line. I use the sofa bed in a guest bedroom cum annex to my main living space. Personally, I have so far only used it as a sofa, where I lie on it while reading. This is great. I am quite tall and so have quite long legs, and would have preferred the seats to have greater depth (from back to front). Personally I couldn't use this item as an everyday sofa for sitting on. I suppose that's just the price I have to pay for a sofa bed as compact as I need. I've also had guests sleeping on the bed. So far, only single occupancy, but very positive comments. When I fond the website I was actually looking for a chaise longue sofa bed. Maybe an idea for product development?”

“Buying from The Sofa Bed company was a great experience. We were given a personal appointment to view the beds in London. Our bed was made in the shorter estimated time. It was delivered and assembled by two very efficient and friendly men. The bed itself is fantastic! I highly recommend this company.”
