“I didn't think storage beds could be beautiful but mine is! Comfortable, well-made, dead easy to use, not at all clunky or cumbersome. I thought it might dominate the room too much but its height is just right and it's hardly bigger than the mattress itself-all very neat, rounded and streamlined. Every aspect of the service has been good, from the clear, informative website, the efficient delivery men and the follow up messages from Jessica. Highly recommended.”

“What a truly outstanding product. I purchased this bed after my house mate bought one and I am thoroughly impressed. This company deserves its great reputation. Kevin who assembled the bed along with both Paul's (on different visits) are being mentioned for excellent customer service. 5 stars all round.”

“The visit to the showroom was perfect: arranged quickly to suit us, no hard-selling. All very informative and low-key. Order placed for double, light oak max storage bed with no fuss, and bed duly delivered slightly ahead of schedule. We opted for self-assembly as not quite ready (needed painting in room finishing), but assembly was straightforward and hitch-free except we were 4 big screws short- got some more locally. There were other bits in there we didn't need- presumably one kit of bits and bobs fits all. The bed is fantastic for storage, and the mattress has been declared extremely comfortable by my son (whose bed it is) and several guests (for whom he has had to vacate his room and bed). We will probably order another the same, as it is such a well-made, practical piece of furniture, and our daughter is very envious of her brother's bed. The communication with the office staff was very good, too. Altogether, a very positive experience and nice to support a (fairly) local business. I would have no hesitation in recommending to others.”

“Very well made and solid bed. Easier to lift than I anticipated and with use will probably get easier. I installed myself and all bolted well and lined up quite precisely. Just one gripe, the instructions were poor, I ended up with 2 instruction sheets that didn't really 'tally' together.”

“Exceptional quality that was beyond my expectation. The bed is very easy to pull out and the mattress is thicker than any I have seen elsewhere. The guys who delivered it took time to explain it all to me and made sure I was comfortable with how it worked. Would strongly recommend this product.”

“I love everything about my sofabed, the colour is gorgeous. I live in a studio, so use it to sleep on daily and it feels just like a bed . It is also so comfortable to stretch out on the sofa. It is wonderful not to cart cushions on and off I love the storage factor also useful in a studio flat. Everything about the service I received was excellent. Highly recommended. Brilliant .”

“We purchased our sofa bed many months ago now and I am really pleased with it. We needed something for everyday use, and it is still as comfortable as when we bought it. I'd recommend this company if you want a really good quality sofa bed for frequent/everyday use.”

The whole experience, from visiting your London showroom, to helping us through the choices, to the delivery and build itself was a pleasure. Your idea to send the mechanism early to ensure the 4 seated would fit was great, and set our minds at rest early on. “Loving my new sofabed. As I live in a studio flat I did find it difficult to find a sofabed I could use to sleep on everyday, Ordering was straight forward (if a little scary spending so much money on something I had not seen or sat on) I needn't have worried though as it arrived on time and the delivery guys were quick and efficient in putting it together. It is very comfortable as a sofa and a bed, and so easy to change from one to the other. No messing about with removing cushions as it folds in and out in one piece. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.”

“Delivery of the bed took a little longer than scheduled. Issue with delivery of the fabric. Nevertheless , once the bed arrived, it has been invaluable to our household. Since the arrival of our 2nd child, i have been consigned to the spare room, so the sofabed has become my bedroom. For the last 4 months ( every day), this sofabed has given me great/peaceful sleep. So glad i found this company !”

“I love my new sofabed! I needed a good sofa and a better bed as I am using it every night. I have to say that the bed is really comfy and easy to use on a daily basis. The sofa is good too and I liked being able to choose what style, colours and extra features I could have on-line before buying. It arrived quickly and was easily installed. Great all round really!”

“Outstanding. I recommend Sueno to everyone! I found them by chance on the internet and called Johnny. Not only could they make exactly what I wanted but they could that in a matter of weeks, and then deliver not just on the day I wanted but almost to the minute they said they would arrive. “We visited the Nottingham showroom to choose a sofa & received expert advice helping us to choose. The sofa bed arrived as advised, David put together within minutes. We are delighted, it is so comfortable for my elderly in laws. It is wider than a standard double bed. The service was excellent, we would highly recommend this product. Thank you Helen Muniappa”
