“I bought the Storage Bed and absolutely love it. It is always a little daunting configuring and ordering something online that is not only as personal as a bed, but that you also are going to live with for many years. But the entire experience was top notch. The delivery and installation was seamless and the quality exceeded my expectations. There are many storage beds on the market, but the Furl bed is indeed excellent value. It is very sturdily made, has fantastic craftsmanship and is well worth the price. Thank you again for a great experience.”

“Great bed, sturdy and easy to lift with a heavy mattress on top. Masses of storage space. The company are great to deal with - before, during and after purchase (needed to dismantle and move the bed!) I would definitely buy another product from them.”

“I have purchased two simplicity beds from furl. One for my daughter one for myself . Service was very good and the men who came to install the beds were also very good and careful. My only slight disappointment was with my headboard, I chose the standard headboard, my daughter the horizon which was much thicker than the standard if I had realised the headboard styles were different thicknesses I would have chosen differently as I prefer the look of a thicker headboard. Saying that I would fully recommend these beds the amount of storage is fantastic and so is the quality and look.”

“The entire experience with Furl has been great. I visited the show room, and then made an order. I had some different specifications and they immediately confirmed them. They delivered when they said they would and they have been very good at communicating along the way. The bed is exactly as I hoped and the whole thing was very easy. Also about half the price of another site I looked at.”

“Furl offered by far the best deep storage range of beds (I wanted to store suitcases and bulky items); the staff at the showroom were really helpful and thorough; expensive but worth it - like having a second bedroom!”

“We bought a Milano which at the time seemed quite expensve compared to similar sofa beds. However,the quality of finish,comfort and service more than compensate for the added cost. The 1890 width seems larger than a standard double and the mattress is really as comfortable as a bespoke bed. Small design quibbles are that the bed feet will damage a carpet unless you put cup casters underneath them and the initial pull to activate the bed is seriously hard if you are of short stature. Finally would it be possible to supply some covered foam inserts to fit down the side of the bed when activated? This would cover the metal frame and increase the bed width by 20cms. Altogether very happy. David Gordon-Brown”

David and his team were very welcoming to the showroom, offering a very professional and helpful service. The delivery men were fantastic, we were kept informed regualry of their location and the time of delivery. Nothing was any trouble for them. Wonderful service all round.”

“We are delighted with our decision to go the extra bit and splash out on a Furl sofa bed. It is superb! Our guests have found it very comfortable for a good night's sleep and have been amazed that such a full mattress can fit inside such a stylish sofa. “We bought a MAX storage bed. Excellent service from initial viewing of product in the show room, right through to delivery. We payed for assembly and these gentlemen were also excellent. We love the bed, the quality of the bed and the apolhestry and the mechanics of the bed are excellent. The storage space is really good. Although expensive for a bed it has been worth every penny.”

“Really happy with the bed and the service. About a month after the order, it turned out that I'd be having friends stay over a week before the new (guest) bed from FURL was scheduled to arrive. Called FURL about it and they were kindly able to push the delivery just that bit forward to make things more convenient for me. They didn't have to go that extra mile but they did. Also super friendly and efficient delivery service. The bed itself is exactly as described and loads of storage. Thank you!!”

“How refreshing to find a company like Furl. The product is of great build and workmanship, using good quality materials including actual wood rather than veneer. They delivered on all of their promises. We ordered a wooden bed but wanted them to finish it using our own specification lacquer (in keeping with a wood treatment we had used for our recent flat renovation). This was no trouble and they even expedited delivered to ensure the bed arrived before our first child. Exceptional.”

“Beautiful bed. We've been looking for a nice looking one for a v long time and were getting more and more disheartened. Then someone mentioned FURL to us and how happy they were with you and we decided to go and see the showroom. It exceeded our expectations - the knowledgeable staff and the products. We are extremely happy with our bed. The bed is also very comfortable and the storage is fantastic!! The installation service was also great - super fast, on time, professional and the gentlemen also cleaned up after themselves and picked up all packaging. You can't fault furl!”

“We really like our FURL storage bed. Storage option is a great hidden benefit. Works well with a Tempurpedic - 27 Delux mattress 180 Super King. Much easier to have them set up the bed for you, too.”

“The whole experience and process of buying from FURL was second to none. I was amazed by their customer service throughout. The advice I was given was spot on and the delivery and installation was extremely easy the bed itself is by far the most comfiest I've had and it looks very stylish in my room. You vertically get what you paid for as its so well made. I'll never buy from anyone else other than FURL in the future.”

“The delivery person was very friendly and helpful. Bed put together quite quickly and is of very good quality. I love the material. It is easy to open and it holds a lot of my son's belongings whilst he is at university, and I want to use the room as a guest room. I will be ordering another one in the future.”
