“The fridge does what is says. Very good freezer with large capacity. Delivered on time. We bought the identical fridge a few months ago. Very pleased with the first fridge and the service we got so when we needed more capacity bought another one. With 5 years guarantee how can you go wrong?”

“When our main tall double fridge drinks cooler broke down we needed a replacement very quickly. We shopped around 5 different suppliers and got various results from really could not be bothered to well maybe in the new year sometime. Two companies didn't even get back to us. Fridge Freezer Direct were on-the-ball from the moment they answered the telephone right up until the fridge was delivered 4 working days later. The cost, quality and performance of the cooler has surpassed our expectations so far. Thanks to Fridge Freezer Direct who were very helpful and keen to make sure we were happy at all times from initial inquiry to selection and final delivery. 5 Star Service.”

“Tried to deliver at 7.45am! To a pub. Then had loads of hidden charges to get it re-sent out or cancelled. It then got re-delivered about 3 weeks later. Would never use again.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service that you received .All of our deliveries are between 8am and 6pm. The delivery driver did arrive early but did not attempt to deliver until 8am. There was no one available to accept the delivery and after waiting until 8.19 he did have to continue to make his other drops. Calls were made to the number provided to let you know that the delivery was on site. It is unfortunate that there was no one to take receipt of the delivery. We do state in our terms and conditions that are agreed to at the point of purchase that failed deliveries will incur a charge. This matter was resolved and the unit was delivered successfully.
