“The Order all went smoothly, my only gripe is that i wasn't given an expected day of delivery. This did not significantly affect the delivery process as someone was a t home anyway. The after care communication regarding queries was better than expected.”

“A bit of confusion on the actual price we were quoted ,we went with what was stated in the trade journal we had ,and when we quizzed the invoice we were told that the journal was wrong?.thats just not the way to do business”

“Good product. And the delivery was going smoothly too. I'm not always at the shop and albeit an exact delivery time cannot be given (unless you pay extra) the driver got in touch with me and we could manage to set a time which worked for both. All in all team work worked and the freezer I bough a while back got a twin now !!”

“Pricing is always competitive and the service provided by FFD is always to a good standard. We have had minor issues with deliveries, usually related to carrier/haulage problems. Any issues however, are always dealt with promptly by FFD and rectified satisfactorily. Any requested advice is always researched promptly and members of the FFD team appear very knowledgable in their field. Overall we always experience a good service delivered by professional, courteous staff.”
