“An excellent service was provided from selecting the item of my choice through to invoicing and finally delivery. At all stages of the procedure I was in touch with helpful staff and was kept informed and given information on who to contact in the event of any query. “First time user of the company. Easy web site to use, very quick service which was spoiled by the wrong item being delivered, but on the good side one quick phone call and the girl at the end of the phone line organised the correct item to be delivered the next day. Superb service and kept well informed on delivery date. Would definitely use them again.”

Thank you for your review. All of our deliveries are in between 8am and 6pm. We do endeavour to let customers know 24 hours before that there delivery will be with them the following day. We have spoken with our suppliers and to improve our service we have requested customers be called when they are en route. This will be dependant on the carrier but is now in place after your review. “Bit of confusion as had an email to say it would be delivered on the Monday when it had already arrived but other than that a very quick service and a very helpful lady replied quickly to my query email.”

“Your web site is not. Easy to navigate around I thought that I had chosen among the items that were ordered a freezer temperature gauge for some reason it had chosen two meat probes”
