“FFD were very helpful in replacing the glasswasher in our village hall. Unfortunately the model dimensions had changed (my fault for assuming they'd be the same) so we had to return it and source a different model. Thomas at FFD was very helpful in dealing with it all. Would definitely use them again.”

“The service and the delivery were 5 stars, couldn't have ask for more, the delivery driver was very helpful don't know if they are the same company that do delivery or they use a different company, also they provided me with with all the information I needed to make a decision before place my order, overall great experience and services, would recommend to anyone.”

“Easy to order and good communication. However the freezer was badly damaged on arrival which meant repackaging and uplifting to be replaced. This was done quickly with apologies.”

“I give this company a 1 star because I could not award it a zero. I ordered an ice machine which was delivered damaged. We notified them on day 3 when the packaging was removed it was damaged and they refused an exchange and offered a 50.00 rebate. Assuming it may just be cosmetic we installed it and it broke down after 1 day. Please never deal with this company. Handing this over to trading standards”
