“Delivered quickly, spent a lot of money with then, but after 4 months 1 unit broke down to be told my warranty is void because I live on a Scottish island, absolute nonsense from them, will use someone else in future”

Thank you for your review. We apologise that the warranty was not explained to you at the time of purchase. The team member who dealt with your order was new and was unaware of policy. Replacement parts have been sent out and we have attempted to contact you to make sure that you have received them and your equipment is now in full working order. “Purchased a fish kettle / whole fish steamer. It was very competitively priced, larger than most advertised and arrived extremely quickly. High quality product that should give years of service. Extremely pleased with the product and service received.”

“Absolutely thrilled with my vestfrost chest freezer in stainless freezer. FFD's customer service is exemplary from ordering to delivering (within two days and always on hand if there are any problems. I would recommend FFD to everyone for there amazing service”
