“My company needed a drinks cooler in a hurry for use at a trade exhibition. Unfortunately the three in stock were quarantined due to faults, but Fridge Freezer Direct were very helpful in finding and shiping an alternative quickly. There was a slight mix up in the payment taken due to the late change of order, but this was rectified quickly. Communication by e mail was prompt and efficient.”

“I had problems buying on the website. At first it kept rejecting me at the checkout stage when trying to purchase. Also I didn't get charged for nearly a fortnight after I bought the item so thinking I had already been charged I checked my bank statement and had a nasty shock. However I did receive the item swiftly and was very pleased with it.”

“When the delivery was arranged, information was provided on how to find our location - this was not passed to the delivery driver. Consequently, he struggled to locate us.”

“I have used Fridge Fridge Freezer Direct on a number of occasions now, the guys know their products and a very helpful. Price is always good and delivery is never an issue, although it would be nice to get a time slot however, this is something I've never come across from this type of supplier. I would recommend anyone in the food and drink industry to try them out, All in all, a good company to deal with.”
