“This is an excellent product, makes a lovely change from lime or blackcurrant cordials. Website a little confusing, but once ordered, the parcel arrived within the allotted timescale. For a non-UK product, also quite reasonably price. Only downside, the ordering process via their website, not clear at all (but also could be me)”

“Very poor. I ordered some chocolates which were in stock apparently and received a delivery date etc. Then I received a message saying it would take another few days to send out... Then after a total of 11 days, another message said I would receive a refund in 3 more days. Which is over 2 weeks since I placed the order. So thanks for messing me about un-neccessarily.”

Very sorry about this. It's a system error, the mon cheri are seasonal and they aren't available yet this year, that's why the order was refunded.

“I only ordered 4 items but only 2 were delivered. Hence the transport charge was more than the 2 items I received. I should have been notified about the product unavailability beforehand and given the option to get an alternative or cancel the order. To make things worse the biscuits that was delivered had been knocked about and so the contents were broken.”

Very sorry about this, it's a mistake and your order shouldn't be sent out with half of it missing. In this case we can refund the delivery charge or offer free delivery on your next order. Please e-mail customerservice@frenchclick.com and we'll sort that for you.

“Service was quick and easy which was great. I ordered 14 items-11 of which were the same product. It says on the website "Enter if you would like substitutes or not, special delivery instructions or notes about this order:" I left this blank but when i received the consignment they substituted the 11 items with another not even similar product. If it was solely one item i would not have a problem accepting this- but not 11. Instead of contacting me and asking what i would like to do they instead just sent out the consignment. So I called customer support and was told that I SHOULD HAVE stated clearly that I would not accept any substitute- so it is my fault they have provided 11 unwanted items out 14. Nowhere on the website or in Terms and Conditions does it state that this is the CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE.”

Very sorry about this. It's a mistake, this kind of item should not be substituted. Customer service should have been in touch to get the correct item sent out.
