“My French holiday may have been cancelled but French Click has all the food items I would have found in regional French supermarkets from wonderful duck breasts to merguez sausages and delicious deli items and food cupboard items. All carefully wrapped in reusable freezer packs for freshness.”

“Website was easy to use and had what I wanted - ordering was easy - but delivery and subsequent communication not great - but sure this was down to the global situation - it took a while for the delivery - however my items arrived after a chase, in great condition and a long shelf life - will use French Click again”

“We can't go to France at present or to a French market but you can get your favourite cheese and much else besides from French Click. Cheese was delicious fresh and delivered on time. Happy customer will be shopping with you again. Thank you.”

“I love French food especially French Cheese and French Prunes. I was delighted when I found French Click as I have never found Maitre Prunille Pruneaux Geantes anywhere other than France and I stock up whenever I go. This is clearly not going to happen again for a while! My order was delivered relatively quickly. Acceptable considering the current conditions however I only received one of the packs of prunes I ordered and there was no explanation as to when the complete order would be fulfilled and I'm still waiting. So on the whole, great find, super food, but could do better on communication.”

“Due to the current situation it took 3 weeks between ordering and arrival of my parcel but this was clearly explained before ordering. A few bits were missing, presumably out of stock but it would have been nice to have been told. Otherwise, fabulous service, great range of products and packed well. Thank you!”

“Very exciting to find I can buy my French goodies over here. Delivery time was accurate. The only disappointment was that I requested a particular brand of flour as seen on your website as I knew it to be very good and I said no substitute. Sadly I was sent a Supermarket’s own brand which was not what I wanted at all and I can do nothing about it. Well packed and protected.”

“There is a very good and interesting range of products available on the site. Unfortunately, perhaps because of the present difficulties, some items were not supplied. The only way I was informed about this was because I received a PayPal refund. An email notification would have been appreciated.”
