“Pleased with liquid soaps and shower gels I bought, had to wait a while for a delivery date to be available, delivery arrived on time, fresh food did not have a very long use by date.”

“Nearly all the items I wanted were in stock. It wasn't clearl explained why I could only order one of some items but I did find the explanation after ordering. However, I made a subsequent order a week or so later and could again order one of each of the restricted items I had wanted, so that was ok. I have still not received my orders but was given dates; first one is due on 25th. I do understand that Covid is causing delays, and moreover I live in Devon and the depot is in London, so frankly I think three weeks for a slot under current circumstances is acceptable. I emailed to see if the dairy I had ordered was going to be out of date by arrival! and received a very helpful response where it was explained that my goods will be picked just prior to delivery so they will be fresh and with a decent length use by date.”

“One of the best companies I have had dealings with on the internet. Very efficient and deals with a very good parcel delivery service. The parcel (full of breakables) was very well wrapped and while unable to go to France to get the goods ourselves we know who will deliver them VERY EFFICIENTLY”

“I received my parcel today and was very disappointed. First of all the packing was extremely poor, everything had just been thrown in and the box was secured by a flimsy bit of parcel tape which had come apart and anyone could have reached in and taken things. Additionally some of the gel packs had split andI had sticky gel particles over a lot of my products. Then when I started to check through the items I found some weremissing and although we weren’t charged for these we were disappointed not to have been advised of this beforehand when we could have maybe chosen other items. We have also discovered that we are missing a pack of butter that we have beencharged for. We have tried calling and emailing but no response so far. I would have think twice before using you again or recommending you.”

“A long time to be able to place an order then 3 weeks to deliver. Though times have been challenging over the last 5 months, a number of companies have managed to adapt and capture more market share better than this.”

“I love French Click and how I wish I could have ordered more from them during lockdown because their huge selection of French food would have cheered me up! Now that they have regular delivery slots again, I am stocking up on French delicacies. Highly recommended and I have been telling my friends!”

“I'd say customer service are ok. Stuff available on the site is not always really available. My order came with some items being different than the ones I ordered but they have refunded me for what was wrong, which is fair enough. The prices are a bit on the high end so slightly overpriced compared to other retailers selling some of the same stuff. Would I use them again? I think they deserve another chance. But can't rate them higher than 3 stars, based on my experience.”

“Since moving back fro France there are certain food items I really miss. I was so pleased to find them on French Click. Although you don’t deliver to the Isle of Man my son lives in London and is able to post my purchases to me. Thank you French Click”

“As we could not go to France for our annual holiday there this year, I was delighted to find French Click. I have purchased some of the items that I normally bring home with me. Securing a delivery date was the only difficulty but once I got one, everything went smoothly and the delivery arrived safely on the day it was due. I will certainly buy more from French Click in the future.”
