“L'assortiment est super, les délais de livraison tout à fait acceptable, surtout en période de lockdown. Mais le site internet mérite vraiment un effort, pour être plus 'consumer friendly', c'est à dire plus pratique, easy to navigate, moderne. Cela changerait tout !!”

“My favourite biscuit is the LU Petit Beurre, I usually have to pack as many as possible in the car on my return journey through France. I was very pleased to find this company selling these biscuits, I ordered and was advised that delivery would be delayed because of the virus issue, that was not a problem for me and I appreciated being told this at the time of ordering, a date for delivery was given and the package arrived on the stated date, all in all a perfect transaction.”

“I placed an order which took a while to arrive due to the coronavirus. However, when it arrived I was impressed by the packaging. I ordered tomatoes, a quiche and creme anglaise. The latter two were in a remarkable package of frozen crystals. I am not sure what the crystals are, but they were placed in 6 pockets. They absorb water which is then frozen. These ice crystals then thaw and the crystals can be dissolved in water and easily disposed of. The quiche and custard were very nice. The tomatoes however had just the same bland taste as a supermarkets. I was looking for that sweet French road-side taste. So that was disappointing but there are other tomatoes on the product list and I shall give them a try. In summary: packaging excellent; products OK, but be patient with delivery if outside London.”

“It must be pretty hard work being a food delivery company during COVID19. I patiently awaited a slot and placed my order. Received my delivery slot and awaited my parcel. In the meantime I had a refund for goods I wasn’t going to receive. When the order was received everything was packed well. A treat for when you can’t get to France, let France come to you!”

“Very good service. I received the products as expected and very well packed (was very well surprised by the fresh products). I had a slight issue with one product missing and the customer service replied directly and resolved my issue within a day. Really good service that I am going to reuse for sure!!!”
