I have placed an order for the first time on the website French Click. The website design is very poor, and could be easily improved ! Then once my order received I realised that many items were missing... I haven’t been informed before I realise myself there were missing... a bit frustrating when I order on this particular website for those special product. Could have inform me the day before or suggest an equivalent instead. I cannot answer who made the delivery as I just realised that the groceries were in front of my door since I don’t know how long... the courier could have knock the door.

Hi Sorry about these missing items, we do have more stock problems than usual due to us being much busier than usual for this time of year. Normally the delivery driver should ring the bell and / or knock when they do the delivery. Though we are doing contact less so they shouldn't enter the property. Thanks Matt French Click.

It's all very well staggering the processing of orders in order to deal with demand. But when an item is accepted in the order but then not available when that order is processed two weeks later, the customer should be asked if they still wish to go ahead - the first I heard about it was when I opened the package!

Hi Sorry for this missing item, we do have more stock problems than usual and they are only discovered when we are packing the order out to ship, which will be the day before the delivery. Thanks Matt French Click

Still waiting to receive my products that I ordered on 18th May so difficult to give an accurate rating. Looking forward to receiving my shopping though

I would have expected to have received an email final invoice/delivery note advising what was sent and the cost of individual items. I accept that at the moment of making up the order not all items where available, but apart from a debit to my credit card I have no idea of how the debit was made up. Nevertheless the facility to order and range is good. Alasdair Adam

I didn’t get all the items I ordered. I was charged for all. I have tried contacting them phone, email and social media. No response. Nice selection of products, weak customer service.

So pleased to get items which we usually buy in France as we cannot visit at the moment. Wonderful! Great stock range. As it was my first order, I did not know that I needed to access my account to find out what was going to be missing from the order - thought I might get an email first like Ocado do - so was disappointed when items were missing. Will know for next time.

I know I can always count on French Click for a good selection of quality French cheeses even in the lockdown. Recently delivery slots got scarce, so I had to plan ahead, but it's tough for everyone

I recently made an order. As soon as I'd submitted it I realised one product was unsuitable so contacted the company and they cheerfully and quickly amended it. A few days later our parcel arrived and the wrong products were delivered. I emailed the company with a photo of the mistake and they were extremely apologetic and rushed the correct items out. They said to keep the incorrect items, which turned out to be great marketing for them because we tried a new product, really like it and will probably purchase that in future, too!

It was wonderful to get a taste of France, especially during lockdown, and the package arrived exactly when promised. My only quibble – and it's a very minor one – is that I wasn't told that an item wasn't available until the package arrived. The missing item was immediately deducted from the total cost, which was very good. But it could be a good idea to inform customers when the package is shipped that an item might not be available.

Really good website and the service was great. One of the items was not available but the cost was refunded before the rest was shipped. Having a day eating real French food did help make up for the fact we can't go to France for our holiday

Didn't realise I could buy French coffee in the UK. My life is saved. It isn't the bargain it is at French supermarkets, but in these difficult times, at least we can get it! Many thanks. And many thanks to the lovely young man who delivered the order.
